“I've rented roughly a dozen rehearsal spaces in four states over the years. Francisco Studios has been my best experience so far. The building is 24/7 access, secured, and even has a covered bay for load in/out in all weather conditions - something that's very clutch in Colorado. We have a 20x15 room that has nice high ceilings and even accommodates some storage racks with space left over (four-piece band with stacks and keys). The rooms themselves are a comfortable temperature year round. Sound proofing could be a little better but has not proven to be an issue except for at peak times. Off-peak, we've been able to get very usable recorded tracks there. Oh, did I mention the bathrooms are clean? Really clean? Most rehearsal space bathrooms are awful - these are great. Some people seem to have a problem with the manager. I've never had one - he's been friendly and uniformly reasonable. He expects you to be an adult, pay your rent on time and live by the terms you agreed to when you signed up. If you have a problem with that, it's says more about you than him/the studio.”

I really didn’t want a new chair, I just wanted this one to not look so tacky. Took it to these guys, and they had me and my chair in and out of there in 15 minutes. I thought they’d at least make me leave it and come back later. Totally reasonable price, too. I’m super-pleased!”

Juan is always pleasant, cordial, helpful, and NEVER shows any frustration or impatience. Saturday, Dec 18th, he was working the register and handling the issues with the self checkout station as the line grew. He was very patient, never got frustrated, and polite to all. I can’t say my frustration would not have been showing. You can’t beat the staff at this Dollar General.”

Everything we asked for in advance was there, sound check was as fast and smooth as could be, and the engineering for the whole show was amazing, both on stage and out front. Brian was always attentive to what we were doing and what we needed. He also has a great sense of humor and is just find to be around.
