“My grandfather got rushed to the emergency room this morning. We went this afternoon to try and figure out what was going on. I was expecting a lot of push back but it ended up being a great experience. The security guard Jose Montge was so polite. He was very helpful and concerned. He really got us all the information and we were able to see him. The nurse was also very polite and gave us a lot of information. The facility itself was very clean and nice. I always liked this hospital.”

“Was a little hesitant to stay here but the price was right and decided to try it based on the good reviews. Don’t hesitate - book it! You won’t regret it. We had a room on the second floor - vaulted wood ceilings - large room - sitting area - mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom is a bit dated but clean. Lots of storage space. Grab some supplies from the nearby Costco and you are set. Went to the $ store and got some cutlery and mugs (hate drinking coffee out of cardboard). Included breakfast consisted of good coffee - juice - yogurt - granola bars. Perfect. Staff was professional and polite. Rooms quiet. Location perfect! Free parking. We visit all around the LA area and it was easy to get to any of the highways or the beaches. Pool was closed due to colder weather but looked clean. Would not hesitate to stay there again.”

“I thought I had a kidney stone but this new, clean, well-equipped facility was able to give me a CT scan. The super smart doctor and her team figured it out and smoothly got me over to Froedtert where could get an MRI showing a herniated lumbar disc. I got right in quickly which is important when you're in severe pain. They even have beds for overnight and are connected to and staffed by all the best expertise of Froedtert Community Health and MCOW. This is a real bonus to our community with convenience and top notch care. Very grateful!”

“Best emergency vet service ever! My dog was seen, tested, and treated (with the utmost care, I might add) within 2 hours of arrival, while all other clinics in the area were unable to take my dog in or at an 8 hour minimum wait time. All of the employees seemed to very clearly care for the animals whom they were treating and, even though the lobby was closed due to Covid protocol, the veterinary doctor came out to talk with us directly and was kind, patient, and empathetic. We saw her leave for the day with a gifted orchid, so apparently we aren’t the only customers who are grateful for her work. If I find myself in need of emergency pet care in the future, I’ll not hesitate to drive the 1.5 hours to Lafayette in the future.”
