“I had a great experience with this salon! I had Japanese straightening done here and the staff was so kind and gentle during the process. Compared to other salons I went to, this treatment worked really well. My hair is still straight from getting it done 2 years ago! Before I left, one of the ladies fixed my haircut since it was cut wonky from my previous barber and I came out of the salon with smooth hair :) 10/10 would come back again !!”

“This is a nice clean local place for non emergencies. Getting in to see a regular dr takes weeks. I had ear problems and trouble hearing. I was seen rather quickly and the nurse practitioner was able to help me clean out the ear wax. They also accepted my insurance so I only had a copay. I would definitely return for minor issues.”

“Compassion was lacking in regards to a dying family member by certain nursing staff HOWEVER with the help of an amazing woman at the information desk, the Hospital President Mark Gordon and Chief Medical Officer Dr. David Jordan personally stepped in and and were able to provide my family with a priceless encounter at their hospital. I imagine that they do not deal often with individuals that come and go but if the rest of Moses Cone staff in Burlington could follow their lead, this hospital would not have such a poor rating. Unfortunately, hospitals becomes large organizations based on numbers instead of individual care. These 3 people really demonstrated what true human compassion looks like and should strive to become in a hospital setting. I am forever grateful to them!”

The facility is an older place but it was very clean, I am disabled and can't walk long distances. The staff was so courteous they located a wheelchair for me for my visit. My son had nothing but good things to say about his treatment there. I noticed a change for the better in his behavior.His social worker heard that I was there visiting and stopped by to give me an update on how this stay was going and the things they were working on with him. I was very pleased”
