“This is an amazing staff at the Rosenberg location 🙏 Always friendly and the young ladies at the front desk greet you as soon as you come in. The eye doctors too. I’ve been in a couple of times, and most recently I came in to repair a pair of glasses. They were pretty busy that day but were still able to acknowledge and tend to all of the customers. I was working with Veronica and she made the whole experience seamless and very informative on the process for the return of my glasses. Definitely recommend this location/institution for any vision and eyeglass needs. A great staff that works well as a team and clearly all enjoy working with each other. Hopefully administration and upper management recognizes their energy and efforts, as they all are deserving of pay raises and personal vacation time. Thank you much, and lord bless you all 🙏”

The staff members are always wearing their masks, temperatures are being taken, along with monitoring of the children for any illnesses. “The young women that work in Dr. Tubs office and the young women that work in the infusion center are the absolute best I’ve ever had the pleasure of caring for me. Kelly in the Dr.’s office and Audrey and Tina in the infusion center are superstars!! Efficient, professional, kind, caring and empathetic. Simply put they’re special. In our modern healthcare system where the model is all about getting people in and getting them out these three are a throw back. Walk in to their office and you’re greeted with a smile and a hello and they remember your name? Nothing makes you feel more special than a personal greeting. That’s just how things start. I literally could ramble on about how great the care I’ve received there is but I won’t. I’ll simply say thank you for caring about me and my family and for restoring my faith in modern medicine. The facilities are brand new and gorgeous. It’s easy to get to right off of route 55, and obviously the administrators care because they’re the ones hiring individuals like these three professionals. Not too Many people I know can say they leave the doctors office or hospital with a smile on their face. Thank you again”
