“This is an excellent urgent care. For years I went to a different urgent care that had a great team of doctors. They slowly declined over the years and I needed to find somewhere new. I've now been to Exer in Calabasas a few times and they are great. I always get a friendly greeting when I come in. That's a rarity these days and gives you an immediate indication of the level of training. The staff and doctors have always been attentive, responsive, and professional. If you've ever had the experience where your trying to explain whats going on with you, but you feel like you're not being heard, that's really frustrating. When I go to Exer, the doctors listen to you and waste no time taking the next steps too make you better. Its the way its supposed to be. If you're trying to decide which urgent care to go to, I highly recommend Exer. They've become my clear first choice. Also the hours are great - 7 days a week, 9am-9pm.”

I couldn't even lift my arm because of my shoulder pain, but with Dr. Yoon's help I fully recovered from it. He also helped me with my back pain from an accident. “We were responsible for my husband’s uncle’s care and we chose Spring Mill Assisted Living. The beautiful facility, the loving care, the great entertainment that SM brought in were good, but the uncle enjoyed the company of the staff and enjoyed being here. Staff attended his funeral. We were shocked! When time came to find a care home for my mother-in-law, Spring Mill turned out to be the best choice. When needed, physical therapy was right there and as we needed it, The Legacy provided excellent care for the mind and the body. We were so grateful for the fine care of our relatives that we continue to visit the residents with our therapy dog now as volunteers to give back a bit for the love and professionalism that Spring Mill has shown us.”

“I am a firm believer that it's not the hospital but the staff that makes a patient's experience memorable one way or the other. The doctors and nurses in the Emergency Department who took care of me when I broke my ankle a few days ago were truly incredible. Two particular nurses made my experience sooo much easier. Brent and Tori are both nurses in the ED and they both went out of their way to keep me calm and relaxed. Brent spent a couple hours talking with me about his nursing school days (as I had just applied to nursing programs), and all about his family. He didn't even flinch when I grabbed his hand once the Dr started reducing my breaks. He stood there with me and told me stories to keep my mind off of the pain. I can honestly say that I hope I am able to help people the way he helped me through that miserably painful experience. Providence is lucky to have both of these wonderful nurses on their staff!”
