“Appreciate all of the hard working staff and Doctors. They are very accommodating especially with extended hours for the working people. I have been a patient for 13 years and my daughter is as well for the past 14 years. It's nice to see friendly people and when you need a good doctor the are close by. Think of it this way all good doctors are busy. Extra questions often come up in the doctors office. So please remember they could be seeing a very sick person and they needed to spend a little extra time answering questions. I have not had any issues with doctors being delayed an hour only waiting 20 minutes or even 45 is plenty reasonable. I am very happy with my care over the years and will continue to refer friends and family. Thank you!!”

“Reservation was made on-line, for same-day visit. Check-in was smooth, and they caught that my address needed to be updated (thank you.). I arrived 10 minutes early, per instructions; wait was less than 15 minute (I was seen 5 minutes after my reserved time.). Nurse was courteous, professional, and attentive. She quickly assessed symptoms. There was a delay in being seen by the doctor, as there was only one on-site, but they checked on me while I waited in the exam room. The Doc provided clear information on both the illness and the prescriptions. I received a follow-up call three days later, to check on my progress. Outstanding service!”

“Overall, I had a very positive first visit experience. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and made check in a breeze. Wait time was average with any doctor visits. I met with Dr. Clop who was fantastic - great listener, didn't rush the appointment, asked me a ton of questions to help with my diagnosis, and very empathetic. Only negative is the gal who was responsible for providing me with paperwork seemed like she could have used a cup of coffee and a happy pill. I didn't find her to be very helpful in explaining what I needed to do next. I had to ask the girl at the check out desk what I needed to do with all of my paperwork. Otherwise, I would recommend Town Center Orthopaedics.”
