“We were considered a "two-fer" my son was injured and so, was I. From the moment we walked in all the way to discharge it was a wonderful experience. The wait was not long in ER. I can't recall a time when my wait at this ER was long which is why I make the drive to Providence of San Pedro. It's like a well oiled machine the operations of it all runs smoothly. We were seen by the nurse practitioner, then the ER doctor ( but I had no idea he was the doctor because he was so casual and humble) then Matthew. I remember Matthew. We had a fun time like we were chatting it up with buddies at home. Everyone was so sweet, and rapid in their efforts to let us move forward in life.”

“I've been a patient at this practice for over 10 years since it was McGorry & Neumann. It is a very busy practice but they can get me in to see someone usually same day if it's an acute illness, or within a few weeks if it's a routine/preventive visit. Currently I see Dr. Patel when I go and I really like her. I never feel rushed, she genuinely listens to my concerns, and takes my opinions and wishes into account rather than some doctors who just want to tell you what to do. The nursing staff and reception staff are also very friendly and welcoming. I've seen multiple doctors and NPs over the years at this practice and all have been compassionate and helpful. They also tend not to push antibiotics too quickly which is something I care a lot about, and they support alternate therapies that I use such as supplements and massage therapy. If I have a "complaint" it's that to call in a prescription refill request or speak to a nurse you must always leave a voicemail you are never put right through to speak to them. Having said that, the prescriptions get called in quickly and if needed my calls get returned same day.”

“Nurse Pace (George A Pace) was wonderful. My mother is a difficult patient, no one wants to deal with her (even with doctors and nurses). I was frustrated and desperate especially that I live in other state. I emailed all the symptoms and the her difficulty and Nurse Pace get back to me in a proper timing and he made sure my mother gets to see the doctor and received help and medications and answer every question I had. He made me feel like someone care, and this is the health care we are looking for. Thank you Nurse Pace, You are very kind”

“I came here, bleeding pretty badly after having an accident, and they brought me right in, ahead of some of others waiting outside. Over the course of the next 2 hours, they proceeded to treat me with care and respect. I was given ice packs, some wound cleaning, a few x-rays, and eventually some stitches for the wound. The stitches on my eyelid were difficult to do, but were well done, and while I'm not pretty or young enough to need a plastic surgeon, I'm happy with the results. I haven't received my bill yet, but I'm sure it'll be more reasonable than if I'd gone to an emergency room. Everyone on the staff I dealt with was professional, polite and trustworthy. I hope to never come back but I will if I need to.”
