“I was pleasantly surprised when I brought my father to this location. Waiting room was very clean and staff was very friendly. The nurse at the front desk Janen made sure my father was comfortable while we waited. She's a great asset to your company and I told her so! All of your nurses are very sweet. The doctor we saw was very patient and took the time to address my father's concerns. It's nice to see excellent bedside manner these days in age. “Pedeatric A&E was really busy. Shout out to Marian who was so understanding to everyone and spoke so gently to everyone even when under such pressure. Starlight ward had some wonderful nurses and a wonderful play specialist but the consultants don't always look into problems well enough. Thank you to all the wonderful nurses there who are so kind even when under such pressure.”
