“My child has been a patient of one of the doctors here for over a decade. He is a fantastic doctor. Very gentle and wonderful. However, the front desk needs some sprucing up. Here are a few suggestions: 1) Please do not call a patient's parents "mom" and "dad". We are not your parents. "Mom - I will take your co-pay now." is unprofessional and insulting. 2) If you call someone more than 2 months before their appointment to cancel and cannot reach them, try again! Do not let them show up and then shove the paper in their face saying you called two months ago and could not reach them. Call them again, mail them a card, try their cell phone (and my spouse said he has given it to you at least five times).”

“I just had my first visit with Dr. Qadir, and I was amazed at the care received by the entire staff. The girl at the desk helped me find my insurance ID # because I could not find my card. Any other office would have turned me away until I could produce a valid insurance card. The doctors assistant was very sweet and made me feel comfortable talking about all my medical conditions. The doctor was also very sweet and made me feel at ease. I am so happy I found this office. A true hidden gem!!!!!”
