From an admin standpoint, I was sent to 3 different areas before landing in the right spot. While it took a while to get started, everyone was nice & friendly & efficient. “Good hospital, better for your basic emergency. If anything with heart or severe trauma, go to the north. No MRI machine here. They have a pediatric but only for your basic flu or stomach ache. Better off going to north SIUH for ortho, cardiac, trauma. Great nurses and doctors at this hospital. Also for stroke related symptoms you can go here.”
