Cameron (awesome salesman) greeted me, and we started chatting about rings. He asked me style of ring, and the first one he picked for me, was the one I walked out with. We looked at others but he just knew in his heart this one would be for me! And so did i... OBVIOUSLY! Cameron and the staff worked with me with everything! Brilliant Earth actually reached out to me after seeing the review and informed me that they would replace it free of charge. What's more, when I called after a few weeks to make sure I would get the ring in time to go out of town for my engagement party, they were very accommodating of the time crunch. I picked the ring up today and they even had it cleaned. Everyone I spoke with was professional and understanding.
