“We used this service when we purchased our house in June 2020. The previous owners left the carpet disgusting! We were literally closing on our house and they had left town so. Our realtor recommended Blue Ribbon. He was able to squeeze us in and work his magic. He got out pet stains and whatever else was left on that carpet for the most part. Some were so deep it was going to take more time to work them out. He told us the best ways to keep working on it. The carpet looks so much better, is super soft, and fluffy. We are very happy with this company.”

Randy was easy to communicate with regarding information and prices prior to the visit, on time, prices were what he quoted on the phone, no up selling, and his service was awesome. My stairs were pretty tired (over 15 ears old) but when he was done they looked great. I noticed after he left the little things he did. He moved a recliner , cleaned under it and put it back on coasters so it would dry under neath, opened a few windows that I did not open so the carpets would dry and was over all a really nice person. He took his time and really made sure the carpets were clean. He also was very clear that if for any reason I was not satisfied about something i saw after he left to make sure to let him know so he could rectify the problem and not just send a bad review. Nothing to report but great news from a great business. I will definitely use him again and refer him to anyone looking for a great Carpet Cleaning Service.”

It has a nice little waiting area and the owners were very friendly. I must have visited at a time that it isn't very busy. I went in needing three rugs and walked out with three rugs that I LOVE--and feel great about each one! Dixie is a godsend and Yasir and Emilio made sure delivery and placement were seamless. Note that these rugs are not cheap, but are an investment that you'll have for generations. That said, it appears they have a wide variety of options for most budgets. I had red wine spilled on my dress along with some other stains and didn’t take it for cleaning until three weeks after my wedding. They notified me that my dress was ready for pick up earlier than I had anticipated. When I went to pick it up, Sonya greeted me and told me how beautiful my dress was!
