Nick @ Ekoserve did a first class job. He gave me an hour notice before arrival, and also messaged when he was on his way. Nick also tried to get stains out of a chair I had in my garage for awhile. Although I could have lived with the chair after cleaning, it was not to Nicks standards. Nick didn’t charge me for that, he never rushed or made me feel like he was in a hurry to get to the next job. I appreciate quality, promptness, communication and courtesy. We always get their evaluation on the condition of cleaned rugs, pointing out any repairs needed. Recently we took to them a wing chair for cleaning and the results were great. There was a lot of confusion between store closings and pickup/delivery changes that made my order very difficult to get back from Dublin Cleaners, despite my being told it was ready to go. “My wife and I have been bring our laundry here for years. Some people go to bars to socialize ,we go here . We can do our laundry and meet some friendly people too. No "RIF RAF" if you know what I mean. They use a card system. It's great cause you can put a little or a lot on your card. They reward you too. I usually put $20. and they reward me with $2.00 credit. As long as there doors are open in I'll keep coming back. P.S. they keep really clean too”

“Below is my original post, which i would like to update as follows: After posting my review, i was contacted by Mr. Sacino, who was unaware of my complaint. He took it upon himself to personally look into my issue and was persistent with his follow up. Ultimately, he resolved the situation to my satisfaction. As a result, I am happy to once again be using their service, as I had always felt they did a good job with my clothes and have very competitive prices, particularly when compared to other local cleaning services. I was impressed that the owner of the business was so determined to make me a happy customer. Original post: I used Sacino's on the advice of a friend. I used the delivery service and within the 1st 3 deliveries a $400+ dress was missing. When I called to alert them, I was told the dress was delivered and the driver specifically remembered delivering the dress. When I pointed out that several other articles of clothing had been delivered and questioned how the driver could remember a particular dress among those items, I was told to "calm down" and someone would look into my issue. I was then told the dress was obviously stolen from the front door of my high rise, secure building downtown. while I was open to discussing the very remote possibility the dress was stolen from my front door, no one ever followed up and it's been weeks. I will never use them again.”
