Due to the COVID pandemic and working from home I recently switched to Sudsies and I was SO impressed by their customer service and efficiency. The staff and management are true professionals and the consistency in their service is remarkable. Couple of things that stood out: 1. A warm and genuine greeting every time I entered the store, no matter who is behind the counter. 2. A personal note I received in my mailbox thanking me for their business. 3. The follow ups through text message and questions answers in no time! 4. A follow up call from the GM. Amazing work from the entire team and the management! Prices may be a little bit higher, but quality and service are so important, I used cheaper one in the past and lost many pants/shirts due to lack of care. Keep up the great work!! Jeff and Daniel, the technicians on my water restoration project, and Jason (the owner) were the absolute best.....highly professional, knowledgeable, committed, courteous and extremely customer-oriented. I discovered a washing machine hose malfunction early one weekend morning. I had never had any experience with restoration companies in the past, but once I was able to stop the flooding, I spoke to both my brother and my insurance adjuster that morning......both mentioned Servpro is a leading restoration company and one of the best, and I can definitely see why. About 15 minutes after my call to Servpro that morning, I received a call back from Jeff, the Servpro technician heading up the job of dealing with the water damage. My insurer had dispatched an adjuster on that Saturday morning of the event, and Jeff was at my house in less than 30 minutes time of my calling Servpro along with his colleague Daniel. In fact, they met the adjusted as he was leaving they were that fast to respond. They immediately started on dealing with the considerable amount of water in my basement and first floor laundry room. Probably within 60 or 90 minutes of their arrival, they had extracted approximately 20 gallons of water from the carpet, and had the carpet lifted and had blowers, heaters and dehumidifiers going and were heading on to another restoration job. I was amazed at how fast those fellows were. But the thing that really impressed me about Servpro and these fellows the most was their commitment to keeping restoration sensible.....no carpet or drywall had to be replaced......quite impressive indeed that they were solely concerned with addressing the water problem and not trying expand the job scope at all beyond what was absolutely necessary to address the water damage that had occurred, and it certainly kept my cost considerably down as a result. At every step of the way, I was highly impressed with everyone that I worked with at Servpro of Campbell County. They definitely demonstrated to me that they are extremely honest, fair, knowledgeable, hard-working, reliable and highly committed to their customers. Hopefully I will never have another occurrence like this where restoration services are required, but if I ever do, it will definitely be Servpro of Campbell County that I call. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services of any type.”

But, I will say, if I ever have anything like the flood we experienced in January, we will request Cleanrite Buildrite as our remediation and construction company.
