“I used the DMV Services at DMV Tags DMV Title Transfers to register one of my vehicles. My family and I have four vehicles and over the years I've used other DMV service providers. You do pay a fee for the convenience of using any authorized DMV service provider. This one here is the best one that I've used and it's true about what they say, no lines or anything. I was in and out in minutes, literally. For me the fee is well worth it, my time is worth more.”

“Hi, I came by on 9-16-22 to address an issue that I had from a previous ticket months back. Let me start off by saying that I live an hour away and drove all the way over to the municipal building only to be turned away. I was infuriated although I did not show my anger to the clerk; although she did was make it make me more angry. I had called 7 times, no answer. The lady told me that she was new and when I walked in she was on the phone.. Okay no big deal, I understand. However, after the phone call ended the lady greeted me as did I. Then the phone rang again and instead of putting the person on hold she proceeded to take their phone call, didn't tell me anything (like "one moment please, or anything like that) leaving me waiting, again, in an unprofessional manner. When she ended the call I told her what my issue was and she immediately was like "oh I nothing about that, you'll have to come back". I live an HOUR away and I told her that. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go online and find the other clerks email, MYSELF, and didn't show any effort of helping. Not until I kept telling her that I did not know the website or how to find that information; then did she try and help. Main issues: • The phone system. You should have an option to put people on hold if you do not. (I wouldn't have wasted my time or gas if the option was available). • Better training. The lady was very kind but obviously just thrown on the job, and all over the place. I know that she meant well but everything was handled in an unprofessional manner. • The reason I came. I was issued a ticket back in May and had the ticket dismissed. However, I'm assuming it was a clerical error because that ticket was never dismissed and is on my driving, noted as a conviction. That was 4 months ago.. I certainly hope that one mistake did not raise my car insurance (because that would not be fair). Nonetheless, I will be calling come this Monday and I hope that the other lady can help me with my issue. Because I would certainly hate to have to drive another hour out of my way and miss a day of work. Have a wonderful day.”

“I called Brian on a Friday at 5:00 pm he was able to help us the next day. He provided enough food for me and my family for the weekend we had nothing due to after the storm we had no electricity, and was starting out with nothing he provided me with a Publix gift card. And two bags of groceries that he had there from donations. Although he is working from out of his home he is definitely legit and helping families with their needs.. it would recommend him to anybody that is in need or that is wanting to take him donations. What he is doing is an awesome for families that are in need at any time it's hard to find someone on the weekend that you can answer the phone so I want to thank him for helping us. And hope to his future and helping others is successful thank you Pastor Brian you have blessed us”

“I moved to one of the apartments in November 2021 and am very happy to call my place, home sweet home. All online work orders have promptly been handled and taken care of. I am able to pay my rent through my tenant portal which is very convenient. The staff have always been nice and answered any of my questions or issues I've had. They have made improvements since my moving in and it's really looking nice and homey around here. There are safety factors such as surveillance cameras and security lights around the property, put in place and I feel comfortable living alone. There is more than plenty of parking available for tenants and guests. They are pet friendly with proper vet records and a small deposit, and my cat loves having a nice view of the birds outside to chatter to. I enjoy living here and love having a front porch to sit outside in the evening. The thing I love best is that my apartment has washer and dryer hookup so no more laundry mat. I have nothing but positive things to say about living here and staff/maintenance and management. I am glad that there is a nice place to live on a very tight disability budget. Management takes pride in making sure tenants are living in a safe environment and it shows with how well the properties are kept up with the Versailles Housing Authority.”
