“We spent two nights at the RV park. Leann, our host, was super nice! The park itself was without all the bells and whistles, but had everything we needed. I only mention this in case families are looking for a pool or other amenities - there is a play set, though. We are newbies to RV’ing and hubby had all the room he needed to maneuver our 30 ft trailer into its spot. Loved that we had a sewer at our site. The property is just beautiful with a pond, some farm animals, beautiful scenery all surrounded by the Osage Hills. There is a lot of open space - we were even able to hit some golf balls. All in all a lovely spot to spend a few nights!”

“Stayed in "Meadow," first floor, room 102. Made hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill inside the pavilion. Made pizza mountain pies and s'mores in the fire pit. (Both are gas, no need to bring wood or charcoal.) The condo is fully equipped with skillets, pots and pans, utensils, dish soap, dish cloths and towels, along with paper towels, measuring cups, silverware, everything you need if you aren't going to cook outside. (We brought our own mountain pie maker and utensils for the grill.) There was even a bottle opener and a wine opener in the drawer!! There is a coffee shop directly across the street that we visited twice. Resident cat, "Thomas" is super sweet, he even let me hold him! Highly recommend!! Will book again for our next rafting trip. We did the middle Yough and are planning on doing the lower Yough in August or September. (Middle Yough is good for first-timers and small children.) Ordered the chocolate covered strawberries and they were in our fridge waiting for us when we got there. AMAZING!!!! Can't wait to go back!!”

“the rooms were nice. two queen-size beds. icebox microwave. the bathroom and I only had a shower but has a tub to soak in. cable TV was positioned perfectly on the wall the loud perfect positioning of your neck is laying here watching TV. ice machine always open. vending machine. customer service I found lacking. couple of that operated are very not very customer service aware. my views on customer service is that your business is made by the customer. caretakers were very rude. overall the the inn was nice place to stay. very convenient. there was a Jack in The box right outside the entrance a shell convenience store right across the street, a Domino's pizza right beside the convenience store.”

“Only place in town that answered the phone at midnight and gave us a room for the night (after an unexpected change of plans). Considering the situation, we expected a higher price but it was very reasonable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was big and well furnished. We had a microwave, a fridge, a table to sit at, even an electric fireplace. Everything in the room worked and looked maintained. Bed was a nice firm and comfortable foam mattress. Very cute colorful bedsheets!”

“My wife and I had checked into the hotel and the key to our room did not work, so I went to the front desk to get it corrected. I was standing in line waiting for the front desk reception who was dealing with another customer. Quinn one of the staff at the hotel approached me and asked me if he could help. I told him what had happened and he offered to open the door for me so we could put our luggage in the room. A few minutes later there was a knock at the door and it was Quinn who had gone to the front desk and he had two keys for us, so that we would not have to go through the process. He was quite polite and apologetic for any inconvenience. Let me say in the customer service industry, Quinn is the type of person you need. Thanks Rick and Joan Joyal The room was clean.”

“We have the two group campground sites and they were wonderful for the 18 in our group. It is tent only. Wilderness only miles from the city. Flush toilets cleaned every day. There is a pavilion for the campers but picnic areas are in other areas of the park.”

“They are the sweetest people that run this establishment. When I didn't have enough money for my deposit because I had cash only he let it slide and I appreciate that because I wasn't expecting to have a deposit fee so with that being said that meant a lot right off the Jump. Secondly the rooms are massive the beds are comfy maybe a little too big in fact and I'm a big person so I'm 6'2 and my feet did not hang off the bed and I loved it. The only thing that was bad was the orange juice it was old so it was not very good and it didn't settle very well but it didn't make me sick so that's okay anyhow I suggest this place they're great people great patrons and not a lot of drug activity whatsoever which is even better and if you don't mind pot that's the only thing that you can smell.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed at Camp Lucy to celebrate our anniversary & Fourth of July weekend. We had the absolute best time. The rooms are a dream, so clean and cozy. I told the front desk we were celebrating our anniversary and they had a bottle of wine and a sweet card in our room to help us celebrate. We had a slight issue with our bath tub and they had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. We did the wine tour with Laurel and she was excellent. I find it rare these days to find accommodations, service, food and ambiance that live up to the price but Camp Lucy absolutely did. If you’re looking to get away from the city for a relaxing weekend, this is your place. Big thank you to the staff, every single person we encountered was helpful and lovely. We look forward to our next stay!”

Plenty of towels, plus beach towels & use of bikes or beach chairs. outside sitting areas are very nice. great little pool/ spa. the property was cleaned daily by staff. Only a few steps across the street to the sand. watch the sunset from the front porch if you don't want to cross the street. Two blocks to some great food. Local transport was easy to use & get around. Quiet & relaxing. Is on my list of a return spot. Thank you!”

Luke warm at best. Need to address 2 ceiling fans in play room. Other than that liked the stay. Golf course next to it was very nice.”
