“We were looking for a place close to family we were there to visit, and this is where we ended up. Hard to rate, in a way, because we stayed just one night, and it looked like the hotel was in the middle of some pretty major renovating. Our room was comfortable, certainly adequate, but looked like it was being remodeled as well: big, virtually empty room as we entered, just two small tables in it. Looked like at some point, possibly another bed--or more likely a pull-out sleeper couch--would be added, since there was a TV in that room as well as one in the bedroom. Bed was comfortable, shower was great (except that because of the way the door slid, you couldn't turn the water on before you got in the shower without getting water all over the floor). Lots of traffic noise, sirens in the area, some pops that could've been firecrackers or something else outside the building during the night. The elevator we used had non-responsive buttons: the door would close, but then when we pushed a button to go up or down, the elevator didn't move. One time we got it to go finally; the other time we ended up getting out and going to a different elevator. Some hallway carpets were dirty (as were the stairwells), some were covered in plastic, some were missing entirely. Despite all that, our stay was uneventful, comfortable and affordable.”

Our room has refrigerator but a pretty small tv. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Parking next door at no charge. Great complimentary breakfast.”

“The rooms were good looking to me. There was no damage to anything that I noticed. Nice spacious layout. The workers were very nice and helpful. Our room was ready before check-in, and they let us check in early. Breakfast was decent. They had a lot of choices. The hotel was clean, and the pool looked decent. They even supplied you pool towels. The hotel location was close to a lot of different food options, from fast food to sit-down restaurants and shopping. Definitely would recommend it because the location and service are great for the price point.”

“My friend and I stayed here for a Saturday night. We spent Saturday and Sunday at the hot springs hiking in and out each day. The staff at the entrance were extremely friendly and welcoming. They took their time to explain the route to the springs to us thoroughly and were very helpful when we thought our dog had been bitten by a snake. I am plan to return in a few weeks with another friend because I had a great time there 😊 they also sell firewood and have a small breakfast menu if you order the night before!”

“My husband and I were on our way home to Illinois from northern Wisconsin when the alternator on our car went out. We made it to a gas station before it died completely. This was 7:30 pm and we couldn't get a tow truck until early the next morning. This hotel was right next door. When we explained our situation to Elizabeth the manager, they were very nice and took very good care of us and made us very comfortable. It made a uncomfortable situation much more bearable. Swimming pool was on the smaller size but for the building it was adequate and never had a lot of people in it Several great restaurants in the area. They are only open till 9 through the week and later on the weekend. Grocery store around the corner. I definitely will be back.”

“From the moment we arrived the stay was just perfect. I cannot describe in words the satisfaction from our stay. Throughout booking Jenn was very communicative and when we arrived was very welcoming and helpful in making our stay feel like home. The amenities provided by the property is unmatched. The snorkeling around the waters is beautiful with mangroves just a short 20 minute kayak trip away. The staff is all very laid back, helpful and friendly. The key lime sailing staff truly creates an experience I feel cannot be topped. Any trip taken back down to the keys will be spent right where we spent this one. “We stayed here once and already have a second stay booked! I loved everything about my stay, even the visitor (racoon) we had in the middle of the night. Even though he ripped a borrowed tent. What kind of an outdoor experience would it be if we didn't experience wildlife at its finest? We had a site, way out back. All to ourselves. My husband, 2 kids (9 & 11), and I. It was so peaceful, I really needed that. We rented a golf cart for the 3 day Memorial Weekend stay. Their firework show was phenomenal! Hands down one of THE best that I've ever been to. The owners were nice and helpful. Their older children had activities going for the kids. My kids loved it. Although we took their bicycles, the only wanted us to take them in the golf cart everywhere. Lol. It was there first time. Definitely recommend! Already trying to convince my husband into becoming seasonal campers 😀”
