“Had a lovely stay in this cute hotel. It was very clean, and except for seeing the occasional pupper out for a walk, you'd never know it's a pet friendly establishment - no animal smell or pet hair in rooms/ halls. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially during a very busy weekend. 100% worth staying a bit south of Cleveland, absolutely will visit again.”

“We booked here very last minute after a cancellation somewhere else and we're very happy with our night there. There a lot of great hiking spots in the area. There is a nice tavern across the street with music and simple food, but it was all good. The lodge itself was empty when we were there, but we were free to hang out there. And it had a nice little breakfast. All around, very pleasant. No wifi in the rooms though.”

“12/18/2023 7pm Lena was my receptionist this evening and provided exceptional customer service. The lobby appeared clean and neat, aside from some needed vacuuming, as it was late in the day, so it was to be expected. I was on the second floor, and my room was also neat and clean, and the room had decent water pressure too! The only problem I had was a foot stomper above me, but it didn't last long. I dealt with it. Aside from that... I found the large selection of places to eat around the area to be reassuring and convenient. The best part is the instant road and freeway access.”

“Spent the weekend in their ‘Pine Cone Ranch’ location in ‘The Treehouse’ it was super cute the dogs loved having room to wander with us on the property. The space itself was spacious and kept us warm. The first day was chilly and nice then the second we got some snow, waking up to the stillness of snow and having a nice warm dry place to watch from was great. Would definitely recommend.”

“My experience was fantastic, Very friendly folks always available if I needed anything. Rooms are very clean and everything works. Location is perfect as a driver bobtail waiting for my show to load out right across the street from pilot. They have safe parking for bobtail only. They have CDL discount too . Plus if your a member you always get discounts. Great value for my stay . Clean quiet friendly, I'll definitely stay again.”

“The Farmhouse deserves 6 stars at least! That beautiful property is a hidden gem in the area - I don’t even know where to start describing it. It consists of two buildings: elegant main house, stunning decorated with antics, and a barn house, with more casual vibe. They serve you a yummy, freshly prepared and beautifully presented 3-course breakfast. “I've seen some poor reviews here, but the problems we experienced were from irresponsible destructive campers rather than the site or staff. Both volunteer ladies here are wonderful. Maintenance people are team workers and dedicated to their jobs. Someone was a jerk and stuff garbage into the dump station rather than in the dumpster right there. I called the project office and within 30 minutes 3 people were working on it. They kept working until it was again usable and we could clear our tanks. They stood by to be sure it continued until we finished. Definitely friendly and good customer service. Site was fairly level and we had no problem leveling or space for both our car and motorhome. No problem with 50 amp hookup. Although the water spigot was quite a distance (50' m/l), we hooked it up. Didn't like the taste, and pets wouldn't drink it, so we bought bottled water in town. Town is only about 15 minutes away, and you can find most anything you need there. All in all, good campground and worth a return visit when in the area.”

“Thank goodness this place exists. Stayed a night in the Kandy Yurt with a few girlfriends (4 total) and it was amazing. We all wished we’d booked an extra night. We visited during March and although it was a little chilly outside, the yurt was warm and cozy! We enjoyed the animals, had a nice walk around the property, and enjoyed our time chatting and cooking around the fire pit. We brought all of our own food & drinks, but the yurt was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes, and glasses. Definitely recommend bringing water if staying more than 1 night with 2+ people. The farm fresh eggs provided were excellent! And we were thrilled to purchase the softest alpaca socks and slippers and the best honey I’ve ever tasted from the hosts. We felt so refreshed and happy after our night in the yurt. We look forward to coming back!”

“Pet friendly which was great! Room super clean. Staff on all shifts really nice. Hotel was used by several companies so lots of blue collar workers, all were very polite, courteous, and friendly. Definitely did not have any problems. And felt safe staying in room or waking dog alone. Also several restaurants around hotel for lunch or dinner. Breakfast they provided which was simple was good and hot. They had chocolate waffles which I have never seen at a Quality Inn before. They must have known I was staying before I did because I love chocolate and those were good. ☺️ I Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.”
