First impression is everything, you pull in and it’s neat and clean and nice paved entrance. Checking in was easy and they take you to your spot so there is no guessing, very neat and kept spots and rules are enforced. “Gayle was amazing and the house is beyond beautiful. I had originally booked Grace's Room which would have been plenty for me traveling on my own, but the Master Suite was available and as Gayle was showing me around the place, I decided to upgrade. It was far more room than I needed but I loved every bit of it. The art deco bathroom, the sitting areas, the closet space! I fell in love with the house and the grounds, as well as Gayle's friendliness and welcoming manner. Plus a great breakfast, too! Will definitely stay here again.”

We rode our bike to a winery close by and enjoyed good music and wine. Loved the clubhouse to eat, visit and play games with our friends. We will be back.”

“I'm a bicycling tourist. Jeff, the owner, allows bicyclist to tent camp here. Tent camping is not allow for anyone but hikers/bikers. First there is no shower, but there is a bathroom with a large sink which he allows you to use. Bring your own food as there is nothing nearby. There is a local and fun bar & grill two-miles west. Lots of grass, trees for shade, laundromat, picnic tables and electricity to power up your goodies. The owners are very nice and interesting to speak with. US-90 is closed to traffic one half mile east of the US-190 junction, but you can get a bicycle through. US-90 is also closed just east of the east of the Pearl River, but again you can get a bicycle through.”

“I was overjoyed with the staff and also the facility especially during the school holidays. Our family took 2 powered sites an was well pleased with the location to the facilities. Staff was also available to provide us with some local information and directions in the local shops if required. We were so pleased with their service so much that we actually extended our stay and the staff were extremely wonderful to assist us. We will look forward to returning to the park for another stay and perhaps a much longer period. Highly recommended even if it's an overnight stay”

“Our family (Me, Wife, 13yo, 10yo, and 18 month old) was looking for a long weekend vacation this year that was close to home. Greenbrier Beech House checked all of the boxes we were looking for. Location is perfect. All furniture and furnishings feel sturdy and new, not second hand or thrift shop purchased. Lighting on deck was nice for sitting and making smores. Saw a lot of birds, squirrels, turkeys, and deer at the feeders. Family loved collecting eggs from the chickens. Two recommendations: -- If you have toddler aged children bring at least 1 baby gate. That helped us enjoy the deck without fear our daughter would go on the bridge between pods. -- If you cannot sleep with any light, bring an eye mask as the light from the AC unit is bright. Highly recommend overall!”

“the rustic cabins has lots of spiders. You need to sweep them out before settling in. Everything else is fine. There is pingpong table, they provide plastic paddle. So if you wanna have some fun playing, bring your own paddle. Summer could be very hot, bring a fan if weather is hot.”
