“Great hospitality, if you are looking for some private time and love to fish, this is a great place to be. Although there's no beach for the kids to play that's worth checking out, you have a private pool to cool off in. The cottage was very clean and had everything you need except your food and clothes. My wife and I frequently go to cottages and in my point of view Baffin bay palms cottage was a little pricey, but well worth it and the owners are fantastic hosts. If you are a fruit lover, they have all sorts of different fruit varieties and they will show you what they have and incourage you to try out their bounty. Very tropical and private.”

“Honestly a great spot. I only needed to sleep there for a few hours, they let me check-in early, bed was comfy. Came with 2 nice sized TV's even. Pool also looked super clean, kids were swimming during the day. They also always came to the front desk quite fast. Appreciated the stay!”

“Nice campground. Stayed at sites 46 +49, nice adjoining sites. Facilities are good and well maintained. Showers are 2 min/token, 2 tokens/$1, with a machine outside the showers. Camp fires were allowed while we were there but was told they do ban them based on conditions. Many of the sites toward the back of the campground had steep slopes so be aware. It was VERY buggy, repllent is a must. Squirrels were aggressive and plentiful. State parks employees rounded frequently and enforced rules. We had a great time and will return.”

“It's a nice place to live. It's just the look of more than 3-4 vehicles to one place. As well as the constant grinding and building of the mobile home construction site next door. It's open hours so yes it's constant. Other than that it's home feeling. Just left two months ago. November-April.”

“I have two homes there. One is new, one 100% renovated. Nice people quiet, dead end - so no traffic. Nearly everyone keep homes nice. Every home has private quiet patio and yard, garden. Lot rent creeping up, while management is changing some lots to private meters which is best. Not sure why there is concrete truck in these photos. That's not got to do with anything about this park.”

“I enjoyed my time at Flite Acres Ranch. All the sites were close to the water, and they weren't unreasonably big or small. The only complaint I have is the lack of shade. There were trees that provided shade, but none were over the camp sites, so there was nowhere to hide from the sun. But overall, my trip there was fun.”

“The Oregon coast is dramatic in winter, but still can be cold and forbidding, so it was wonderful to come home to such a luxurious spot after the day's outings. The cabin and the grounds were so beautiful and relaxing. We also did some working remotely, and while it was a little tight as an office space, the WiFi held up perfectly even with two people on different conference calls at the same time. I was also really impressed by how well-appointed the kitchen was - I'd brought an extra bag of tools because of past experiences in AirBnBs, but I ended up being able to leave those in the car. This plus having a great grocery store a 2-minute walk away made it extra convenient - I felt very European going to the grocery store every day or 2 to just get food for that day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and went the extra mile to make our visit memorable.”

Everything close, Walmart, Fred myers, gas stations, etc. Nancy the community manager is the sweetest person ever. She would help you with everything you need. “Chapman and Harry could not have been nicer, and we had an amazing stay. We were passing through Wellsburg on a big road trip, and booked a stay at Barn With Inn on a whim. Wow. We stayed in Hazel's cottage which was clean and cozy. In the morning we were able to enjoy feeding time with all of the animals and had a perfect breakfast in the farmhouse. We can't stop talking about what a great experience it was (and much more memorable than just staying in a motel). Will definitely be returning and recommending to other friends driving through WV.”

“Location was superb!!! The hotel is an older building but recently they renovated and looks new and fresh.I was pleased with the accommodations. What I loved about the rooms was the fact that there were very clean and maintained very well. Front desk staff were very supportive and answered all our questions politely.We were also in walking distance of many good restaurants. There is lot of empty space where customers can do walk, take there pets out, and also there is outdoor fire place, bench , chairs which helps us to have nice outdoor food or to do BBQ.I would recommend the Minuteman In.Acton,MA”

“Recently stayed at the ranch for the first time as a girls trip. We had so much fun horseback riding, kayaking and swimming. The ranch is under new management and they are doing an amazing job turning it around - shout out to Kate! We felt very welcomed and attended to - even got set up with line dancing lessons. Cabins were cool and clean. Had an amazing time overall!”
