“I lived here for a year. I had a great experience. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and is a good place to run or walk your dog. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants and Forest Park. Easy access to 64/40. The property manager here is very nice and things get fixed quickly. Reasonable rent for the area. Units are spacious and kitchens are updated.”

“RV Villas on Lake Lavon is locally family owned RV Park. I had the honors being one of the first residence staying at RV Villas really miss not being there. With new job had to move away. The Craftmanship went into this RV Park is something you never seen before, trust me its first class. Each RV spot has painted six foot painted wood and power coated iron ornament fence. front entry is iron ornament well crafted first class door that you can lock by key. They provide you with wireless door bell. Storage building 4x5x6 with large door to lock. Irrigation system for grass and oak tree they had installed. Out front every resident has mail box with different animated covers. I was getting UPS deliveries they knew my address by number on front gate. The lawn maintenance is provided by the owners. I have to add their enclosed green belt fenced in made by Iron ornament & wood fence. Great place to meet and greet new neighbors when walking your pets.”

One thing I will say is that I wish they included potatoes with their complimentary breakfast. It was a very nice breakfast to be honest with lots of options. “I was worried about staying here after seeing the reviews but it was too late for me to change reservation. We were pleasantly surprised when we showed up and it was cleaner and nicer than the Quality Inn we stayed in the night before several states away. Obviously and older building, but it seemed better maintained than the previous night. Rooms were clean and quiet. Bed and linens were comfy. Slept well. Waffles were fresh and tasty. Staff was polite and helpful.”

“Chris and Jacque were amazing to work with. We knew we had to hire them for our wedding after we went to one of their tastings. The food is out of this world, especially the mac and cheese!! As a bride, I wanted my wedding to be perfect, and absolute perfection is what I got when it came to the catering at my wedding reception. They were always quick to answer my many questions over the entire year we were working with them. (Shoutout to Jacque!!!) They also made postponing my wedding during Coronavirus a lot easier! Jacque and the team were amazing on the day of and left us with extra food that we ate every day the week after the wedding. Thank you for making our wedding the best day ever!!!”
