Awesome people, great atmosphere, located on the bay and directly across the road from the beach...You can’t go wrong! “The room was perfectly adequate for the price point. Clean, comfy beds with plenty of fresh linens. Large showers with great water pressure. Mini fridge and microwave provided. The only thing missing for me was a coffee maker, but I knew about that from a previous trip and brought my own. The pool is fantastic, especially if you're traveling with younger kids, or you just want to chill in the water with a drink. It's got a deeper end, but about 70% of it is 3 feet deep, with lots of lounging areas. The Tiki Bar has a great basic selection of American style favorites on the food menu. Live music on the weekend is a nice touch. The location, right on the river and just across the street their private beach, really can't be beat. I can't wait to see what the boutique rooms look like when they're finished! This place will be a summer time staple with our family.”

“My wife and I took our first trip away from home since our son was born - We were so lucky to find this place. The bed was comfy, the room was cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. It was also our first B&B experience and we were very happy with our choice. Richard and Charlene are very hospitable and you feel very welcomed in their home. We will definitely visit again.”

“The room is quite nice, although there is no bathtub. (Only shower) The beds were ok and all the appliances we used were fine. The in-room refrigerator is very small though. There was a nice balcony in the room we got. We stayed here with a spa package. Depending on which package you get it can include wine, cheese/meat board, flowers, or a dining credit in addition to the included spa service. The pool was very nice on the 100+ degree days. There was some shade in the late afternoon so no need for sunscreen past a certain time. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating on a few different occasions. They don't offer sit-down breakfast with the room, but they do provide to-go breakfast bags which can work in a pinch. The location here is either convenient if you are doing something in town, or not convenient if you are not doing something right nearby. Come here to enjoy the spa and pool, and less to visit the nearby area.”

“I am currently residing here with my children while transitioning from another area. Although I pretty much stay to myself, when I do go out the neighbors are really sweet and respectful. It’s like a little community. The children play outside just like any other complex while the parents sit on their porches. They even have little events for the kids at times. The room I’m in #51 is clean and very nice. Everything works as it should and I’m having no issues. The staff is very nice and helpful. I’m lucky to have found such a place at this time in my life and I’m utterly grateful. I would recommend them 100%.”

“I stayed at Foxhall Resort for a company sales meeting / retreat in the spring of 2022. Very nice grounds with a cool breeze (at least in May). With lakes and over 1,000 acres too explore, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. We did skeet shooting and had a great time. Three staff was wonderful and the good of high quality. It was not crowded at all when I visited.”

“I absolutely love this place!! I've never stayed at an rv park before now, and won't accept anything less than this fer sure now! The property is well kept, water pressure is superb, plenty of yard space for kids to play, and more yard to walk the dogs. Let's move on the their "Common Room", they have 4 washers and 4 dryers. And not no little itty bitty washers and n dryers, but some big very good working ones!!! I can't say for the women's, but the men's restroom is Big, clean, 2 sit down stalls, 2 stand up stalls, and 3 or 4 showers!! When you shut the shower door you have a little changing room, before entering the shower. Really nice!!! And really HOOOT water!!! I love it!!! They have a patio area if ya wanna hang out, and a microwave also in the common room area. It is all locked by keypad, so you don't have to worry about random people in there. The sunsets are beautiful, and when the clouds are gone you can see a bunch of beautiful stars!!! Did I say I love this place!?!?!? Lol, but really! If you're coming into town for a couple days, or a couple months, call these folks today!!! Also sometimes see some deer come thru the back corner.”
