“Absolutely beautiful location. The room was so nice. I loved the little fireplace area and having access to the back deck. The bed was very comfortable. The entire stay was nice and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing. I am not a huge bacon fan but omg the candied bacon was amazing. The French toast and berries was to die for. It was one of the best breakfasts I have had at a bnb. The exterior was lovely as well. We were able to walk around and see the grounds and it was beautiful. I loved my stay here and look forward to returning in the future.”

“It is peaceful, clean & quiet. The owner & his wife are really nice people. The owner cleans the rooms himself, they don't hire outside help. It actually is nicer BECAUSE they do the cleaning . The ONLY thing you might not like is if you are a person that NEEDS that morning coffee either in your room or at the office/front desk. There is none BUT THERE ARE PLENTY OF PLACES NEARBY TO GET YOUR MORNING CUP OF JOE! I stayed there 6 months and had a very nice stay! Thank You Dan for that ! It is a cute little ma & pa place, something you would see in Wisconsin or the country. It is 1 floor high with I think 18 rooms all in a row & parking right in front of your door! GO & ENJOY. “Perfect for stopping in. Awesome because it's free WITH electrical and water hookups. Good dump station. The smell is kind of weird here but not unbearable. Not good for my dog because the grass has a ton of prickleys. Very good size lots, our 35 foot camper and extended bed truck fit with plenty of room! Highly recommend for stopping through!”

“After the hurricane destroy my home I stayed in hotels in Port Charlotte for about 5 months and decided to come to Sarasota. This was the first hotel I stayed in. Stayed here for about a month. Overall it was a great experience I have an awesome breakfast every morning. I've lived in Sarasota my entire life and never even knew this hotel existed. It's hidden so it's quiet private and in really good shape and clean. All of the staff and management are very friendly. This is the overall great hotel to stay in whether you're on vacation or you want to just get away and relax. You can't go wrong with the spot here!!”

“This place is absolutely breathtaking. The sights are wonderful. They have a great pool, a basketball court, a small workout area, and a kids' playground. There's also a cute little store. I would highly recommend visiting here. We booked the place for an aviation Merit Badge, but due to weather, we had to cancel at the last minute. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and they cancel our booking.We booked for another weekend when weather was really beautiful.”

“Just wrapped up a great family get together here at Finca Larios! Truly the best spot for an amazing weekend getaway or a fantastic stay for activities in Valle de Guadalupe. From the pool access to the comfortable and cozy rooms available, I was able to relax and enjoy with my family. Although we did not get to do any of the local wine tasting or other activities found throughout the Valle, I know next time we plan to go, we will stay here. Thank you again Larios family!! One thing ng is to get here, use the directions from your phone and not the GPS in your RV or car. We found out the hard way that it took us the wrong way and you most definitely don't want to be on those roads with an RV.”

“We overnighted here in July 2023 and had a delightful experience. At the first call for information we were treated kindly and given options and information for our arrival. Easy entry via key pad. Our pup was welcomed with a reasonable fee. The room was truly charming. Authentic retro and spotless. Cozy and sparkling clean. Not even spiders and nasty things in the corners. Bed, pillows and linens were great and we had a comfortable, quiet night. The grounds are beautiful. I wish we had had more time to enjoy them. You will want to cross the road in the morning for the fresh made donuts and gifts. The cream cheese donut was heavenly.”

“Wow! Wow! Wow! We rented Bali Hai House from this property management. The house was well kept. It was also well stocked with toiletries, paper goods, kitchen supplies and best of all enough beach and bath towel to use once per day for 2 weeks!!! The house also included beach chairs, umbrellas and Cabanas!!! Definitely saved us money from renting!! We have been booking with VRBO and been disappointed. After booking with The Cottages on the key, I do not know if we can ever find a better property management group!! The communication was top notch! Dennis, helped me from day one. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable of the area and friendly. He was not pushing or acted like a salesman but rather assured that all my questions and concerns were answered accordingly. We received an email and text message to assure we have all the appropriate information. We were informed to check in early!! This was a plus since we arrived at Siesta keys a few hours before the 4pm check in. We needed something during our stay. My text messages were answered promptly even though it was 1:00am!! It was assuring to know that if we needed anything, the team members were there to help us!! Would definitely use this team to book our next trip! Thank you Dennis and team!!!!!!! “1st time to take a overnight trip to the Corpus area. A local friend said this was a good place that has been renovated and expanded recently. I went with my daughter and we had a blast. The proximity to the Laguna Madre was perfect as we had a fishing trip planned. The room was very clean and the renovations came out very nice. The staff were very professional and there was great communication before/during/after my stay. The location is a bit far from some of the areas like Port A that we wanted to check out, but the drive to/from the other water front areas was so scenic and great, I did not mind the 20 - 30 minutes to took to get there. I would definitely stay again!”
