“Very nice and quiet retirement community 55+ not allowed to have dogs. I guess between no dogs and no kids that is why it is so quiet. My GF has a really really nice laid out trailer with a ? 2 car garage single wide, and behind that is a 4 season room. It's a very nice trailer and her bathroom has walking shower and grab bars. It's perfect for 1 or 2 people. And they are allowed a cat but must be kept inside at all times. Very nice trailer park.”

“Great value for the money, clean, quiet, beds are comfortable. They do require a cash only deposit of $150, You can charge the room on a credit card but the deposit is cash only. You get a receipt and you do get the cash back when you check out. Both the woman and man working the front counter are very nice. Very strange for a motel or hotel but the front desk closes at 9:00 p.m., so you must check in and get your room before 9:00 p.m.. their checkout time is 10:30 a.m. but they'll let you push it to 11:00 a.m..”

“Location was a little tricky to get to, but not terrible. The staff did a great job facilitating my request to check in an hour early despite being booked the day prior with many rooms to turn over. The room itself was a good size with two queen beds, classic decor and clean. The beds were cozy and we had no noise issues. Continental breakfast had a great variety that my kids and I enjoyed, including a waffle maker, toaster items, mini cinnamon rolls, cereal, juice, oatmeal and likely more. The dining area was exceptionally clean with nice big windows for a sunny atmosphere. As we left, I noticed in the daylight how nice the entryway is and they seem to have a side room for parties or events with a nearby dedicated bathroom. Very grateful for this affordable option that exceeded my expectations as we headed home after a family wedding! Disliked · An extra blanket in the room would be nice. I don't really have anything negative to share!”

“I really appreciate all of the hard work and thought that went into the renovations of this historic hotel/bar in my hometown. I can tell that so much thought went into every detail. While I haven’t tried the food or drinks yet I will say that I was impressed by everything else they had to offer so I’m sure the consumables will be impressive as well. My dad designed and crafted the bar the last time they renovated the hotel and I was happy to see it still being used. The hotel was clean and bright and I’ve never seen it that way in the past. Again, very impressed and happy we stopped in!”

“We had a delightful dining experience in Chloride, Arizona, at this local gem. As a family of four from the UK, we weren’t familiar with the place, but we were made to feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The ambiance was truly authentic, echoing its historical roots from the 1800s. The food was fantastic. We ordered chips, burgers, and egg rolls. The burgers were especially delicious! We also enjoyed the karaoke during our visit. My children were intrigued by the dollars stuck to the walls. When we inquired, the server explained that visitors from around the world mark a dollar with their name and where they’re from so we decided to leave our mark, too, adding a dollar with our family name and origin. In summary, it was not only a feast for our taste buds but also a genuine local experience.”

The remodeling and the owners are wonderful but they don't allow traffic in and out they watch the cameras an get rid of anyone there for the wrong reason. “This is the base lodge where I ski at Mountain Creek. Nice rustic architecture with multiple places to eat and lounging areas with fireplaces. The main cafeteria has some truly good soups and chowders that can be had in a bread bowl. If you want pizza, go upstairs for the wood fired real deal served on a wooden peel. There is also a full bar upstairs. When it's open, there is also a fancy restaurant on the main level that has an interesting menu.”

Was quiet on the weekend. About 0.4 miles (10 minute) walk to the Toy Story parking lot shuttle. Breakfast rule about not taking food is a bit nonsensical.”

I stayed for two days on my birthday last August, and the homes are not only cute but really wonderfully put together. It’s so peaceful there at night too, even when it was raining. Most importantly, the owners are wonderful. I had forgotten a hat there after leaving on my last day, and not only did they respond to my initial email of concern about it promptly and politely, they even went through the effort to send the hat back to me! Stellar customer service for an already stellar stay. Can’t recommend enough. Will certainly stay again if I can help it.”
