“Beautiful spot to escape the city. The roads in are not great. Good tires and ground clearance needed, as it's very rocky in some spots. Not recommended for motorhomes or RVs. Permit required for campfires. (can be aquirred through Cal Fires website) Secluded, clean bathrooms, good fire rings and tables, bear proof trash bins on site, and hose with non potable water at host site to extinguish campfires. Only $6 a night.”

“Just got home from a wonderful little getaway at Good Natured Glamping and we highly recommend! My husband, kids (2 and 6 yo), and I spent 2 nights in their bell tent. Kelly and her husband ensure non-campers have what they need to have a lovely glamping experience. She really pays attention to details to make it a special stay! My husband and I spent a lot of time in the setup under the sunshade (I will be buying a hammock after this), my 6 year old thoroughly enjoyed the ladder golf game that was provided, and our 2 year old had plenty of area to run around and play with his tractor. Next time we would plan to stay 3 nights!”

Rent is perfect the lot space is perfect and we purchased our manufactured home flat out and flipped it so in the long run it’s worth it in these times. Only thing I don’t care for is the gross smell of the water plant right by my lot.”

“My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The hotel block the couple had initially set aside for their guests was fully booked. We frantically searched for nearby hotels but found they were booked as well. This was a blessing in disguise because we ended up booking a weekend at Hambleton! From the start, Carrie, our host has only been kind and exceptionally communicative. We were welcomed with homemade cookies (which were fantastic) and a cute tour of the premises. The room we stayed in was clean - not a speck of dust in sight. The bathroom was also super clean and Carrie even provided us with toiletries to use during our stay! Carrie greeted us with a beautiful breakfast the following morning. We loved our stay at Hambleton and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Carrie!!!”

“This place is a gift from God for pastors and missionaries. I got to come when I was only 30 as a missionary to India but it seems mostly for pastors who have reached burnout. The dynamics of this place were too amazing to put into words but I will say if you're thinking about this place, just do it in faith. I went to the CO location and till this day 12 yrs later I'm still reaping the benefits of the retreat that have taking root into my life to respect and honor the sabath, make quiet time with God, and do things you enjoy. I'm 42, been through hell and back in the ministry but I'm thriving by God's grace and these tools that were given to me at SonScape. Hope to return soon.”

“Beautiful well appointed cabin with everything you need. The cabin was super clean and had comfy beds. Outdoor spaces are lovely, especially when the elk are roaming by. It was so nice to be just a short drive to everything we wanted to do. Mountain village staff is very responsive if you have questions or concerns. We would definitely return and highly recommend!”

“It is a Very beautiful 55 and up Mobile Home Park! The homes and landscape are kept well. And all of the residents & the staff are very friendly. It has that Southern Charm. Where everyone smiles 😊 & waves! 👋Its located near town. Very close to a bus stop, Dollar General and a Chevron gas station.The pond is centrally located within the park. With a fountain ⛲ It is beautiful! Especially at night! There is a gazebo that is Pleasant to view pond or sit & feed the many turtles and ducks! Catch and release Fishing is also okay! Residents have use of very nice, big, clean pool. And other facilities including Clubhouse, laundry room and more! Visiting family and friends are welcomed!”

“A true gem in the heart of the Hood Canal . Extremely well managed from owners on site and off course the soul of the outfit is Mike who runs the day to day camping operation . The facilities are Always clean and well taken care off. WiFi is strong and healthy . The store is super well stocked with some real local culinary goodies as well local art. For emergency fishing needs you find it all. You run out of spices a nice bulk selection where you can buy quantities to your needs - think all the crab boil you need to cook . You can rent a crab boiler on site . A lovely place to spend time as well in the fall for hikes and outdoor adventures. Well done keep it up we will see each other again. Andreas”

“The whole place itself is dated but what do you expect for under $60. The guy at the front desk had a heavy accent but was friendly enough. I noticed some odor when I first came in the room but didn't notice it after few minutes. All The walls needs some cleaning or fresh paint but the important things were decent. The furniture was in excellent shape. The bed looks fresh and firm. The pillow was clean. The bathroom was clean with new toilet. My room came with a mini fridge and flat screen tv. WiFi was good. The shower water pressure sucks though. My room was nonsmoking room. All in all, for $57 I was satisfied.”
