“I went for a late lunch (3pm) this past Saturday with my little daughter and was pleasantly pleased with my visit. I believe this is a fast casual restaurant but the food and service was restaurant quality. This is so rare in the Hampton area so I had to write a review about my experience. There was a decent amount of people when I walked in so I expected to wait but the line moved quickly and we received our food without a long wait. Our food was fresh and hot which I wasn't expecting either since we received it fairly quickly after placing our order. The staff was super friendly and pleasant. They made sure everything was ok after receiving our food and even came by to ask if we wanted a box for our leftover food. I hope the owner reads this and knows that the people working around 3pm this past Saturday are doing an excellent job. I've had bad experiences in this area and wasn't really a fan of other Smashburgers I've visited. However, this place; I am now a fan and will be back. Only feedback I have is the floors are super slippery. I almost fell a few times and noticed other customers almost did as well so that's an accident waiting to happen but not enough to take away a star. Well done, Hampton Smashburger!”

“There aren’t enough good things to say about Pizza Plus! We recently moved to the area and this place has become our favorite pizza spot very quickly. There’s a family special that’s a one topping pizza, garlic knots and wings and it feeds our family of four with leftovers! The salads are all fantastic and I highly recommend each of them. The food here reminds me so much of my visits with family in upstate NY, all the cold cuts in the salads and the cannolis.. brings me back to a memory I thoroughly enjoy. “Had never went to this location prior to today. Only went because the location at Canal and Schoenherr was closed at 2:30 in the afternoon. 🙄 I was skeptical as I usually am with trying new locations, the good news is I didn't get food poisoning so that's a relief. Upon entering there was a funky odor inside, not sure what exactly it was. I proceeded because I was hungry and really needed to get to work. The bread was a little more stale then I would have preferred, although unlike our local Subway, the Italian herb and cheese bread actually had cheese and herbs on it so that's a plus. Ordered a footlong cold cut with American cheese, meat looked fresh. Veggies on the other hand, I took a chance with them. Lettuce didn't look very fresh and neither did the green peppers. The spinach looked wilted, not that I wanted it anyway but just throwing that out there. The sandwich ended up tasting pretty good aside from the stale bread. Although I will say this Subway location charged a $1 more then other Subway locations I've been too. I paid almost $8 for a footlong cold cut here and it's $7 at other subways I frequent. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience, it could have been better but at least this location was open and I was able to get food prior to having to go back to work. Staff was friendly.”
