Several different types of meat, turkey,ham,roast beef,bacon. etc...Swiss and American cheese's,dressing also. The only thing that keeps it from being perfect is they have two fried chicken strips,instead of a patty or slices. They kept falling out of the sandwich when you bite it. Better to eat them separately. But all in all, it was tasty. It lasted me for two meals. Good deal for $9.”

I am much more aware of how little water I drink, but have slowly been increasing this on a consistent basis. I have begun working out and jogging more consistently as well. I'd say awareness and consistency are the two biggest things I've built over four months. Focus - My new goals are to continue increasing awareness and consistency, in everything, as well as build back to the endurance I had, when I was jogging more, several years ago.
