“So, I normally come to this sub shop during lunch or order via the app. I’ve been going on and on about how good these subs are to my best friend and today she was finally ready to take a go at it!! I did an online order and the hot veggie sub didn’t come up so I ordered the hot “make your own” which was the Dagwood. My friend picked up the order and when she got back I noticed It wasn’t what I wanted at all! The web didn’t give me the right options :( No grilled onions or peppers as the toppings were cold on the Dagwood. Who knew! Well, I brought the subs back and they were more than happy to redo them and fix it for me, now I have the subs I’ve been raving about to my friends!! I’m sure they will taste as good as they normally do! I’m just happy they have great customer service and fixed it right up! From now on I will order “in store” and will soon be back! :) Theres nothing better than great customer service!!”

“I really enjoyed my stay this past weekend. The staff was so nice even though I kept bothering for little things. We got a king suite on the first floor cause we didn't want to tell the kids to stop being loud but shocking enough you couldn't really hear people upstairs really only in the bathroom. This suite is huge enough that we even could fit a sleeping bag in the middle of the room with the sofa bed out without tripping over everything. Yes you can hear the planes all night especially since we were facing the airport but they weren't very loud for us, we slept right through them. I do recommend getting the app it made it so much easier with the digital key, and to check in and out.”

“I came here for the first time and used the drive thru around noon. Asked for a winter blend medium iced coffee I was claiming for free on the DD app. No problem. I pull up to the window to scan my code to redeem it and it wouldn’t work. The cashier kept trying to scan it but it wouldn’t redeem on his end. He was very patient and called over a manager. After some more attempts he just handed me the coffee without any charge and comp’d it. Sorry to have held up the line for everyone but I appreciate their efforts to help me and honor the promotion!
