“This is a great company to have deliver your orders from Costco, Sears, Amazon, Sams club and Wright Patterson Air Force Base. From the warehouse staff who make sure your items get on the truck, to the office managers who take care of issues that customers need, (not on the phone with Persia for two hours), to the actual delivery contractors who work so hard carrying refrigerators and big appliances up multiple flights of stairs and in basements about twenty times a day and also use great discretion towards the customers face to face. I had a delivery from them and there were a few complications, but between everyone I mentioned here, it worked out great. The delivery guys were so kind and treated me great, even after they had to carry my new fridge up three flights of stairs and my old one back down. I would recommend them any day of the week, plus they come out on Saturdays!”

“I know that we all often have time to leave reviews when things go wrong. I want to share my brief experience with this FedEx location and Give a significant shout-out to Jennifer (I don't know her last name.) I take it she might be one of the managers Yesterday, I missed my FedEx delivery. I called the 800 main number explaining the significance of me needing this package before my flight tomorrow. The dispatch reassured me that they would have my package at this office and that I could pick it up anytime after 5 PM. Well, when I arrived at 5:30 pm, that was technically not the case. The actual distribution site, may I add the main site at that. So I’m sure there was tons of Norstrom merchandise, and guess what? Jennifer came out to the security desk and dealt with me personally. She apologized for the confusion and thanked me for my patience. She also went a step further, giving me her number and name and reassuring me is she is making this her problem and that even after her shift, she would pass this along to the appropriate party. She stayed in contact with me until the end of her shift, giving me updates rather she found my package or not. Which, may I add, helped me relax more, even though it wasn’t necessarily what I wanted to hear, just knowing that someone was taking the time out of their shift out of the many things that they could be doing to make me feel seen and hurt really meant a lot to me. Fast forward I received a call this morning at 7:50 AM letting me know I could pick up my package. Thank you, Jennifer and FedEx team in Lake Orion Brown Rd, for your due diligence excellent customer service skills, and follow-up.”
