I thought they had AC but there isn’t. Clean and my things are not dusty, full of spider webs or mold. Yes, that happened to me at another storage facility (in Alameda). Moving in and out into another (smaller) unit was easy and staff again, was very helpful. Thank you!”

They assembled several pieces of heavy furniture including a pretty complicated bed assembly with attached side tables for which I had lost the assembly instructions. For some of my stuff, there were missing screws which they were able to provide from their own collection. They were friendly, courteous, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.
