“One of the great parks in the Austin area. It is fairly accessible, with a good set of clear trails. The lake is the main draw, but the restored prairie is special and you'll find peace, butterflies, and other wonders walking that trail. On a colder day when there aren't many motor boats it's also one of the quietest parks, which, in addition to the prairie restoration, makes it a refuge for birds and birders. I know it can get busy here though, and folks are not particularly careful about cleaning up after their dogs or keeping them on leash. But this does not sully the natural experience, which is sublime.”
Address: 200 N Triplet Lake Dr, Casselberry, FL 32707, USA
“It is a good place for a picnic and fishing. Although it's not a vast lake like Lake Monroe, it's easier to catch fish. There are catfish in this lake, and you can trap them with a suitable bait like baguette bread inside. There are two tennis courts beside it in Triplet Lake Dr. Also, it has a small playground for kids.”

“Good place if you want to walk your dog or step into nature while staying in town. It’s a shame that people litter😖 there is trash in the pond, creek, and all over the ground… even though there are perfectly good trash cans everywhere🤦♀️ I feel bad for the fish if there are any. Could really use some tlc from the community❣️ Please don’t litter folks🌱 and teach your kids to respect nature and pick up after themselves.”

“We always have a nice time walking on the Ice Age Trail. Being the first warm day after winter, it was very wet in places. We turned around when we reached a giant puddle that spanned the entire path. I was sad to see copious amounts of dog poop along the path. We had to always be watching our step. Pretty gross but we still had a good walk!!”

“An absolute gem and great family get away. We biked the East-shore trail path near Incline village all the way down to the beach. The bike ride is fabulous very scenic and worth the mild incline workout. If you are not use to the altitude and or are not comfortable on a bike I suggest you walk it or rent an e-bike. Both options very popular and thus mildly congested at times.”

“This is a pretty nice place to live. A few trailers to rent and reside in. Plus several camper hookups. Not really a place to go camping for vacation but its a nice place for pipeliners or other people who travel for their jobs quite often with their camper.”

“This park was spectacular! An unexpected find when visiting Ohio. A great caged dog park with fun obstacles for your pooch. Fish were jumping all over the pond. I walked around the path and it was all paved so handicapped accessible.”

“They are so busy! It's a great place to get all your garden flowers and more! They have wagons and carts to help you carry your stuff. They are constantly out there to answer questions and keep things organized. We go every year, multiple times for the seasonal flowers.”

“A well maintained quiet campground. The process follows - drive straight in, staying to the right, and go by the bath house to fill your fresh water tank with potable water. Find your numbered site and plug in to power your trailer's water pump and lights. Enjoy. The sites going off to the right of the bath house are grassy and excellent for tent camping. The other sites are smoothed rock sites. 177 sites total - with 2 showers, 2 toilets, & 2 sinks for ladies, and 2 showers, 1 toilet, 1 urinal, & 2 sinks for men. There is also a dump station for the RV's. The only thing that was a nuisance was the train horns at different times through the night - which is something that the campground has no control over. Texts to the contact number were answered promptly. No on-site office and access is unrestricted.”

“Cramer Family Park is a green space park owned and operated by The Town of Apple Valley. Formerly known as the Mountain Vista Park, it has been renamed to Cramer Family Park in honor of the late Margaret “Maggie” Cramer. Maggie and her late husband, Walter, were actively involved in the High Desert community since 1979. They were the co-chairmen to raise the capital funds to build the "Cooper Home." She was a member of Soroptimist International of Victor Valley and the Assistance League of Victor Valley. They also established the Cramer Family Foundation, Inc. which helped promote A.S.A.P. (After School Activities Program) in Hesperia and Apple Valley. The Cramers provided years of service to the community particularly with the local youth and also donated the land for the park.”

“As a female camper, security is always my concern. I was so happy to stay in this pleasant place along the river. The staff were very helpful, the site was right on the riverside and it was very peaceful. My dog loved it here too and everyone seems to be a dog lover that I met. Really enjoyed my stay especially the easy access for my kayak on the river. Will return soon on my way back. Thanks Connie, it was really nice that you checked in on me to make sure I enjoyed your lovely park.”

Address: 15505 Quarry Rd, Lake Oswego, OR 97035, USA
“Visited this park for the first time today. It looks like there's a lot of other fun amenities for families but what we came for was called the quarry. This is a portion of the park that is a bike track that has a variety of skill paths available. My 10-year-old and I enjoy going back over and over again to ride the different runs. There are green, blue and black level runs so something for every skill level. Very family friendly environment.”

“Nice secluded campsite, very scenic and plenty of room for the whole family or group to spread out. The road up is rough, so you should probably be driving an SUV or truck to get here. Four Stars instead of Five because the toilet on site was overdue to be pumped out, so it was quite "ripe". Bummed that no campfires or charcoal were allowed (late July) but I understand. Also, three large bear boxes were provided, so evidently somebody was listening to Mr. Chen's review”

“Went here with friends last weekend. The place is so awesome. Can't wait to go again. The walk around the gilboa reservoir is excellent and has wonderful views. It's merely a quarter mile away from the campgrounds. Definitely visit there. Make sure you walk all the way to the halfway point and the views will reveal themselves.”

“Great place for kids to rollerblade or skate and ride a bike. The sidewalk is wide and goes around the playground. Fishing pond is also nice, caught a small bass. This is also part of the trout stocking program with Texas parks and wildlife.”
