“Great park overall!! Reasonable price for paddle boats, canoe, etc. Staff was super helpful with getting the paddle boat in/out of the water and letting us switch with 3 adults and 5 kids for a 2-hour rental. There are pavilions with picnic tables. Playground with large slide for big kids. Sand volleyball court (where we built sandcastles). There is a paved, easy trail for a walk by the lake. Will go back for sure!!”

“This facility is so old it is hard to believe that operation has not ceased. It is one of the few 50 Meter pools in this area which makes it desirable. They maintain the pool okay, but window seals around the pool are just nasty and bug ridden. Everything is just old! Outdoor pool is no longer open this Summer due to military budget cuts. As well no swim meets take place here any longer. The grounds around in the back area are no longer maintained and it usually looks like a field. Chucks of wood have been known to just fall off the ceiling. The parking lot is well maintained and free from debris. You must be military to swim in this pool. Also swim club utilize it, so make sure you know their schedule.”

“I celebrated a milestone birthday at Falcon Point Ranch. Despite the blazing heat and oppressive humidity of coastal Texas in June, we had a great experience. The accommodations are nice. Nothing super-fancy, but perfectly acceptable for two days of fishing. We had capable guides that put us on some fish. Despite the tough weather conditions and local rains, the sea trout bite was amazing. We struggled a bit to find the reds. I really enjoyed my visit to Falcon Point Ranch.”

“Hands down the best dog park around. It is safe, well maintained, and the dogs who bring their humans are great. Most of the humans are also great. Nice place to be social while exercising the pups. Plus there is a small dog side that is bigger than most dog parks.”

“Beautiful little neighborhood park. Clean and safe, and it has two separate play areas for different age groups, including toddlers! It even has a great grassy field for dogs and for kids to play sports.”

“West side is the best side!!!!! Spent many childhood years playing in this playground. Of course it was a completely different layout than what it is today. We had a teeter totter, a huge slide, swings, and a merry go round. I'll never forget those days at west side school and recesses at west side playground.”

“Such a beautiful park. It has everything you need: a Pavilion, a path, shade, benches, a pond, a playground, and a skate park. This park is the complete package and it's right next to a community center. I'm not sure how long the path is, but I think it's about a mile around. It goes through a forest and leads you to a beautiful lake. It has areas with shade and benches on the side. The skate park is huge. Seriously. It has lots of room and when I went, they were holding an event. Everytime I pass by here I always see skaters. So if your a skater, this is the park to go to. This park has it all. If you want a place to relax or spend time with family, this is your park. 10/10 would definitely recommend.”

“Great place to come camp. Two fishing spots, a nice game room, and pool. Only downfall is the restroom near the tent sites was very small, old and needed a good cleaning from ceiling to floors but other than that it's a great place for families to go and relax outdoors!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐😁👍🏼”

“History land mark in the capital district and new york state. Behind these walls, take place some of the biggest decisions that take place in our state as well as in our country. The architecture is ancient with a twist of modern touch. The stairs are famous for wedding photos, graduation pictures as well as tourists land mark. Highly Recommend it if you in the area.”

“The perfect place for healing, growing, and learning. I would recommend the apprenticeship program to anyone interested in learning about horses or need a fresh start and aren't sure what direction to go in. The summer camp programs offered at the farm are educational, and provide your children with essential skills they can use in different aspects of life. The directors and educators (Karen and Sarah) are assets to the farm, and make all of these programs possible for the community. Thank you I CAN-T.E.R. for all the opportunities you gave me. I look forward to sending my son for camp in the future.”

“To be a campground less than 50 miles away from Cincinnati Ohio and a very quick weekend trip I must say that Miss Pam, the owner, and the establishment was EXCELLENT! The grounds were very well maintained and the bathroom and shower facilities were EXCELLENT as well. I'll definitely be going back there to stay for a weekend!”

“Unfortunately we came when the snow was still on the beach. Bathrooms and trash bins weren’t accessible because of the snow blocking up the way to them. We did play in the snow for a bit. while we came all this way to enjoy the lake view. We made the most of it and took some photos of the site. We’ll have to come again when the snow is cleared up.”

“As a kid I had football practice at Brownthrush Park and have distinct memories of learning how to properly tackle and stand up to the fear of getting tackled. After practice we would head about a half block away from the park and spend time at grandma's house enjoying either dinner and definitely a guaranteed snack from grandma!”
