“This is a very nice park! As you can see in the map picture, there are many trails to choose from the trails are well kept and easy to walk with a basic sneaker. It was beautiful even in late fall, these pictures were taken right after thanksgiving 2021. There are bathrooms onsite. There is also an area of rescued birds! You can see an owl very up close, a striking experience! I would recommend checking out this free park to anyone who likes nature, beginners to hiking or advanced :)”

“Great park! There are several different playground areas so you have different options. There are a lot of separate areas to have picnics or barbecues. Some are out in the open and some are more hidden. There are lots of shady areas so you can stay cool. The scenery there is also very beautiful.”

“First time coming to this park and I have lived in Bradenton for 7 years 😂 Definitely make the trip to come here, $6 per vehicle and the volunteer working at the entrance was super nice. She gave us a pamphlet, asked us what we were interested in doing and then showed us the best spots. We saw a deer and their baby, a lady painting the gorgeous flowers AND there was an outlook area where you could go above the trees. Throughout the park there are little signs that explain more about the wildlife and plants. They offer Bike and Kayak rentals which I’ll have to do the next time I come. Fantastic park!”

“One of the nicest parks in NYC. Located directly across from Lincoln Center, this is tribute to one of the best Opera singers in the world. This lovely little park is a great place to grab a cup of coffee have a seat and do some great people watching on the corner of 66th and Columbus. Thursdays and Saturdays, year round, it’s home to a nice Green Market with local vendors.”

“Have always loved this campground and still do even though no longer a KOA. Staff great, but needs training on the store side. Totally messed up my bill when I arrived. Later in our stay my husband went to get 1 bundle of fire wood and was charged for 4. On a high note, Ray was totally wonderful, helpful, and friendly!!”

“I like it because it's a short drive. Pretty good sized lake for casual bank fishing. I don't seem to have a lot of luck there though, but I'm no professional angler. Watch out for the snakes, too. They're all over, so watch your step.”

“Excellent walking trail and small nature preserve. Not a lot of people are aware of this park.”

“The new playground is really nice and kid friendly for smaller children. The canopy is great for really hot, sunny days. All the trees surrounding the area give a home to wildlife and would definitely want to keep an eye out on your kids from wandering into the trees. It is set back pretty far from the street which keeps kids from traffic but it is a little isolated. My grandson had a lot of fun and loved being able to be barefoot on the turf.”

“The bathroom is finally open again ! It had been closed for repairs. We enjoy the little park a few times a week and now we can use the rest room life is better . Victory park is always clean and we'll maintained not one time has there been unfriendly In counter I think it's just the right size for people to keep an eye on where the kids are with out walking much plenty of things to do or alot of space to do nothing .”

“Beautiful expansive place to hike and explore. Oh the places you could go. Glaciers, snow capped peaks, breathtaking views, unexplored territory, and so much more. This is a truly unique state park. It is so fun to get beyond where most hikers even travel and to see new things. Ever changing, and takes my breath away every time I see something new.”

“Absolutely beautiful! From the amazing customer service, staff, cleanliness of the whole park including bathrooms campsites, picnic areas, parks and trails. Thanks to all of you because it was a vacation well needed and you made it perfect not only for me but my whole family great job teamwork definitely felt! Just a friendly reminder I did learn that you cannot hang a hammock in the tree because that's hindering the preservation of the trees but you are more than welcome to bring hammock poles or make your own! We will be back!”

“Cute park! Nice ponds, nice playgrounds, nice short walking trail. Don't expect anyone to abide by the posted dog leash rule though or their recall of their dogs to work - but that's not the park's fault.”

“Love this park for the kiddos. It has a lot of grass so you can play and run around with the kids. They also have like a trail all the way around so you can burn some calories while kids (older) play. Sometimes we even bring our dog out on a leash to walk. It's also super convenient that it's so close to the house that we can just go for a little walk after a long day.”
