“This is one of the best trails in the Everglades. 1. It's pretty close to the main entrance so you won't drive forever. 2. It's boardwalk allows you to really get in the swamp and see the sea of sawgrass. 3. It's long gravel section is a great place to see gators as they like the warmth of the path. 4. It has bathroom and snack amenities. The only downside is that it is short. You can walk all the paths and trails in about 30 minutes. More if you stop and smell the Everglades apples. I recommend going here and connecting it with a few other stops in the park like there Nike Missile Center.”

I would have to say it is a to of the line park to play at, relax, play softball, did under a tree and read a book. “It's honestly a great park, I didn't enter the building though. It has a decent track, that loops around the park but it's a single lane. There are different structures that separate age groups which is nice. A cool shade area with tables to eat or relax and gossip, a parking lot that's near the kid's playground, along with an exercising spot! Went before 3 PM so it wasn't packed with kids that are still in school.”
