“We have two 11-year old male Havanese, one of which our previous groomer wouldn't groom because he had just been diagnosed with a heart problem. We asked our vet for suggestions and she referred us to Dan saying "he is really good with 'special needs' dogs". When I picked them up after grooming they acted like they were coming home from a party and their puppy cuts were just spectacular. No groomer anywhere has ever come close to what Dan accomplished today. Too bad there are only 5 stars!”

When I had to put my 13 year old toy poodle down because he had been fighting cancer for over a year and it was getting so hard on him and he was suffering . They let me stay with him through the whole procedure and let me hold him until he passed in my arms and then for a while after in a quiet private room. They were very understanding and sympathetic and I will always appreciate that. But that’s just one of a few times they were there for my pets...”
