I was very nervous because I previously waited 4 hours at urgent care only to be told there were no more tests, but here I was able to get assisted by the kind male pharmacist and female with the glasses. “The people working the counter, drive through, and giving vaccines are fast, efficient, and very pleasant. They have 3 people working the farmacy on a Saturday evening. They fill prescriptions within a couple of hours of them being called in. Called in is the new norm. I don't have any kind of addictive NEED for "medication" NOW, but when I was driving out of town and needed a prescription filled immediately, they did so in 20 minutes. Helpful, kind, efficient. 5 stars.”

“You are the best. Thank you Maria and the Pharmacy. I came on Sunday, 9/27/2020 after being treated like homeless people asking for food in the CVS Pharmacy in Alhambra. Here is what I wrote to the CVS Headquarters: "1st time use this pharmacy and it's already the worst in my 27 years as an Alhambra resident. The lady (maybe a Chinese, from the other reviews.) didn't say hi and thank you. We were like homeless coming in asking for food instead of getting prescription medicine. The time is around 6 pm, Saturday, September 26. By the way, we were the only customer at that time. When we want to Walmart pharmacy on Sunday, it was completely different. The lady helped us to search and compare coupons on multiple websites using her own time (it was 5 minutes after closing). Her name is Maria and she treats all her customers like her own family. I would suggest the CVS store manager going to Walmart Baldwin Park to learn what is being an American about."”

“They're doing their best. I've known a lot of these pharmacy staff through the pandemic and they always have my stuff ready when I can get to it. They deserve your respect and patience. What happened to the respect for frontline workers? You are one of a whole lot of people they have to care about, in a legally medical setting, which currently requires masks. The line always sucks, I'm sorry to say. For the pickup window, park near the spots for online order pickup, come in the more center entrance, by the deli, take a right past the Starbucks, a left at the shampoo and first aid aisle, and you will find yourself in continently in the line for the pickup window at the pharmacy. I have my meds on autofill and I get texted when they are available for pickup. Some more serious products are not eligible for autofill, but it's not too hard to call 'em in. I am given ample time for pickup, as I am not always able to go as soon as they are ready (which is usually before I'm out of what I need). Idk much but I think some of these reviews are really harsh considering the volume I consistently see them working with here.”
