Jennifer has a very gentle and welcoming nature (which is essential when you're about to talk about incontinence!). She is clearly very knowledgeable in women's physical therapy and gave me an abundance of tips and exercises to help increase strength and to perform daily activities in a more mindful manner. Her office is clean and is following COVID precautions and I feel safe seeing her in person. She was also very helpful in figuring out how to get reimbursed from my insurance which was an obstacle for my search for PT previously.
