“The most mundane and oftentimes skipped exercises and stretches for me, like planks, come alive under Joe and Brandon’s tutelage. Not only do they teach the proper form, but you learn all of the reasons why the exercise is right for you and the benefits you will reap from your hard work due to the enormous breadth of knowledge possessed by the trainers at TrainSMART. Now these so-called “boring” exercises become my favorite activities in the gym as I know they will, without a doubt, help me achieve the fitness goals that I have set for myself.”

I appreciated this greatly in that it was very different than the "off and on" attention I received from a number of physical therapists I had in the past. “As I write this review, it is the last day of 2020. An amazingly hard year by all accounts. However, there were many good things that came out of 2020. Meeting Christina Summerville was one of them for me. I have struggled with foot pain for years, even had a very painful foot surgery that helped but didn't fix my issues. With Christina, I have recovered my ability to walk for fun - a godsend this year when this was my main form of being with friends!
