“I have been going to FLO Physical Therapy & Performance now since September 2020 and have had great results. I started to get back into swimming in the summer of 2020 and experienced heavy back pain. After doing a couple of PT sessions with Chandler my back was feeling 10 times better. I also had knee and wrist issues that I was able to get better through a few sessions as well. FLO also offers great strength and conditioning training, as I have been lifting, working on speed/agility, and mobility now for about 2 months and have seen great results in the pool. This training has allowed me to drop time in a few of my events in the past two months and I highly recommend this training to any other athlete looking to get better. I highly recommend going to Chandler for any PT or Strength & Conditioning needs you may have.”
