We have stuck together through thick and thin through this horrible year of COVID and I am proud of each and every one of our staff members. I was surprised at times that some of them did not run away, but the bottom line is this staff CARES about people. Are we perfect? No. But do we try to do our best? Yes!!! “One word "AMAZING!!!!!!!!" I experienced a very terrible spell of vertigo that was debilitating for almost 4 days. I could not sleep, walk, or even move my head, for fear of another episode happening. I knew it needed to be treated and couldn't go away on its own. Thankfully a friend recommended Core Matrix Physical Therapy. Even better, they made house calls and came directly to ME!!!! Brian was awesome, he was so knowledgeable and took his time to make sure that every step was covered to rid me of this horrible Vertigo. “If Physical Therapy can be said to be enjoyed, and Fit Core can certainly be enjoyed. I have been going there for almost two years, first with Barbara, the owner, and now with Amanda. Both are well trained and make you confident that they are doing a professional job of addressing your problem. When each session is over, you feel encouraged that you are making progress. I have Parkinson’s, which doesn’t allow for much progress. There is no known cure - you just get worse and worse - but these ladies help you keep a positive attitude about what they, and you yourself, can do to deal with the Parkinson’s issues. “This place is great. It is small, but the therapists are awesome. Ms. Katie knows a lot about Augmentative Communication devices and has been a great resource to my minimally verbal son. She is always ready to great us with a smile and really cares about her patients. Overall, this is a great place to get speech, occupational, and physical therapy and Ms. Katie's work is well worth the 45 minute drive from Lexington. (There is also a Lexington office, but we like Ms. Katie so much that we make the drive weekly).”

“Best possible place for physical therapy. Janelle and Chris really helped me get back to being an athlete by taking their time with me and using they’re knowledge and experience with athletes. This whole staff is awesome and professional, Steve and Ahmed are great and helped me tremendously. Kat, Myra, and Chelsea are the best, super friendly and professional. Mike is great and also helped me with some tips when he could. Even those who I didn’t directly work with I could tell were very good at what they do. My back was all jacked up with a herniated disc and I am comfortable running and being in the gym again. This is the only place I would recommend for physical therapy and I’m grateful I got the chance to go here.”
