“My mother had a reverse shoulder replacement in January, and we chose this Pivot because it was so close to our house. I was nervous about taking her to a franchised place, but with 4 young children in various schools, we needed the the most convenient option. The experience has been AMAZING. Adam, the therapist she typically sees, is magical. Kim, the assistant, is kind and helpful. The office staff is top notch, and we have been nothing but thrilled by our experience. There’s never a rush to get patients in and out, and Adam is so skillful at pushing patients to reasonable limits to achieve their goals. My mother fell in June and broke her opposite shoulder (what terrible luck!), and there was no question where we would go for PT. Their procedures during the Covid pandemic have been outstanding and make us feel comfortable. I can not recommend this clinic enough! If you need PT, go see Adam at Pivot!”

“Having to go to physical therapy isn't fun for anyone your putting your trust and health in someone that you really don't know. But from the moment you start at ReLive of Crown Points, you seem to have a genuine team. My experience at ReLive in Crown Point has thus far, been a good one, among many things, one thing that stands out is how welcoming and helpful the staff are, they communicate with you and explain things to you. The goal is for you to get better at your pace. From Jennie, at the front desk, who always seems to be willing to answer your questions or assist however she can to Kico, the physical therapist, that helps you during every step to recovery. The staff has been great! They're priority sincerely, seems to be YOU! I would also note, the place does need some maintenance. I would give less stars for the upkeep of the place but the staff shouldn't be penalized since they really are top notch. A few things you'll notice is a water fountain that never shuts off at the hallway, the lights aren't working appropriately, often flickering or not turning on all together where physical therapy is done, And the issue that I feel needs the greatest attention is the place is very HOT, the air conditioner unit is out and it gets very uncomfortable. I hope the issues of the building get corrected as sincerely staff is great and they deserve great reviews! Thank you for reading!”
