“I came to this location because it was centrally located to all my stops in my busy life and I'm glad that I did! From the moment that I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Kyle then sat with me and went over the paperwork set up my initial appointment. That appointment was with Ashley, and it went great! Again, I was greeted smiles, and she listen to me and made sure that I understood my goals for therapy. Carley was another one that I had the pleasure of working with, and she was just a pleasant as the other two. “I started PT at the end of April for both shoulders. I had very limited range of motion due to a diagnosis of shoulder impingement. Matt and Ali worked with me 2x each week using heat, massage and exercises. I also had exercises for homework which I did on 2 off-PT nights during the week. I am not completely pain-free right now but it is soooo much better, 85% better. I'm actually back to the pool doing the back stroke and working on the crawl but not quite there yet. Matt and Ali and the entire staff at Joint Effort Physical Therapy in Taunton are so friendly and knowledgeable and funny which is very important to me. I always had a good laugh and felt very positive about my progress. I highly recommend this place for treatment.”
