“The wait and service was acceptable. I didn’t have to wait long after completing my paperwork and paying the fee. Once that was done I was immediately called back. I came back, checked in and released all within five minutes. The only thing that didn’t bothered me was not being able to receive a copy of my test results. I was informed that it would be sent to the company that referred me to you. I think if the person asks they should be entitled to a copy as well. Otherwise all was well.”

“For a few years now I have been diagnosed with a herniated disk in my lower lumbar, this year (2017) the pain started to become intolerable. I went to doctors who were happy to pump drugs into me, which I was not thrilled about nor did they really help. After meeting with a specialist, he suggested physical therapy. I sought out a practice that would be conveniently located and that had fairly good reviews but I always approach a place with any open mind. Upon my first visit I met with my physical therapist and he was a solid guy and listened to how I felt about physical therapy, my concerns and what I expected. Vince (whom was only a contracted worker) was honest, professional and informed me that by no means would physical therapy be a walk in the park, which some days it was brutal. I also had appointments with Laura, who like Vince, was a great professional and a pleasure to work with, myself and a few others frequently had the same appointments in the evening and we all were receiving great services but in a fun and comfortable environment. Overall, every person I worked with from the front desk all the way back to the physical therapists, were excellent. Today, I rarely suffer from sciatic nerve pain and I continue to practice all the exercises they taught me and rarely have the extreme pain I had before working with Excel Physical Therapy. When my twins arrive in February, this dad will be able to play with them, pick them up and give them all the attention they need, thank you Excel!”
