I was desperate when I called, and Heather quickly researched my insurance coverage and got me an appointment for treatment with Dana. Dana explained thoroughly the reason for my vertigo and the maneuvers that she was going to do to bring me relief. I came back a second time for an abbreviated session just to be sure that my symptoms were taken care of. “My family and I were fortunate enough to find Tower Hill for my father. We toured several other places and chose Tower Hill because of their homelike environment. It didn't seem cold like some of the other facilities in the area and it didn't feel hospital or institutional like. The resident's are always out and about and seem truly happy. We have been there for 8 months and while nobody is perfect, they come close. They try their best. Everyone is friendly and greets us when we see them. A kind smile from the housekeeper, a hello from the Nurse or caregiver, and even a greeting from the managers. They have a great bunch working here.”

“I contacted Chad at Performance Sports Mobility after 4 months of traditional physical therapy. I saw Chad for a total of 4 appointments. To be completely honest, I made more progress in those 4 appointments than I did in the other 4 months of appointments I had. The majority of my hour appointments at the traditional physical therapy facility would be spent working with a PT Assistant who would simply walk me through the exercises that I was already doing at home on my own. Only about 10 minutes of the appointment was hands on with a licensed PT. During my appointments with Chad, on the other hand, the entire hour was hands on, one-on-one with a licensed PT. My shoulder really responded to the hands-on mobilization technique, which Chad was an expert at. He also gave me exercises to do at home that directly simulated what he was doing during our appointments so that I could continue to make progress. I wish I would have started PT with Chad right away rather than seeing my progress stall at the traditional PT facility. I highly recommend Performance Sports Mobility to anyone who is trying to get back to pre-injury status.”
