Appointments are generally on time, therapists are caring, excellent and understand not everyone call afford to pay for 3 sessions a week, so they make it easy for you to exercise at home, providing resistance bands for home use. “This facility has been very helpful for me. My father is here they have taken decent care of him, especially with me living in Chicago I'm not available to come that often and its only me. So I pretty much depend on them as much as my father does. The only problem I have is that my father's clothes are always gone and all his hangers. I don't know if I come on laundry day or what? Also, sometimes it does smell pretty bad, but I always bring my air freshener and I put them in my fathers room. Now I'm beginning to notice that his room's floor and bathroom is not as clean as it was in the beginning. My plans are to report it to housekeeping staff management.”
