“I have lived here 2 plus years The office staff here is awsome They are really good of being on top of things There was a rough patch but them lady's have really turned these apt around from what it used to be I have no bugs And they come in every 3 months to spray my apt Anytime I have a problem they are out here right away to fix it ( Even though I tell them the next day because I am worried about my house !! 😂) But this apts are well worth what we pay and the lady's do a very good job keeping everyone safe and happy !!! “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and had slide issues. The park worked with us until we could get a repair. The bathrooms were clean and close to the sites. Location is great for big rigs if you are planning on going into Yosemite. Like others have mentioned, the sites were not very level and not well groomed. Also, sure numbering was confusing for most of our neighbors when arriving. No host to help people find their site. It is very “rustic” compared to many parks.”

“I have lived at hillside for a little over two years and now I’m about to graduate. I have absolutely loved living here! Maintenance is great, the community is great, and the apartments are comfortable! I started TXST during covid so it was hard to make friends. All the friends I’ve made here at TXST have been at hillside. One of my favorite things about hillside is the spring lake natural reserve area right behind it. I walk my dog every day there. It’s a beautiful reserve! I deduct a star because hillside has pretty bad internet, and on the cottages side the parking is pretty crummy. I ended up paying for my own internet monthly because I stream a lot and do some gaming. Pros: Great community Excellent maintenance staff Easy to make friends with neighbors Comfortable apartment with decent appliances Bus route right across the street (1 min walk from my apt) Cons: Bad parking Bad free internet”
