“Living here has been great. No problems whatsoever. Rent is high everywhere and this place has the best rate in the area, and just because you pay less than other places doesn't mean its a dump. Quite the opposite actually. They have fixed it up to look really nice and the management here is top notch since I've been here. No bug problems. Never been harassed or bothered, everyone that lives here seems really nice and usually greets you with a smile when you walk past them. I am always sent emails or text messages (I asked to receive texts) to keep me up to date on what is going on around the complex, be it if a technician is onsite to fix things or if there is a pie waiting for me in the office at Christmas time. Above and beyond if you ask me. So yeah, that's about it. If you're looking for a place and there's availability, move on in.”

My only reasoning for giving 4 stars is because there some folks who don't quite understand the entire building isn't theirs to congregate around but hey, it's an apartment complex. it's bound to happen at some point right? can't control everybody. Other than that, I would recommend Kings Court to anyone thinking about coming here. It is well worth it and if I didn't need a bigger place to live, I'd stay here for years!”
