“Have to say that that PBT Realty is by far the best real estate I have dealt with. I was faced with having to find a new apartment do to my landlord selling the house. So I called PBT and I am glad I did, Sandra answered the phone took all my info and assured me that I will be getting a call back and will get me in to see a few places. That evening she called me back with 4 places she had in mind asked me what time was good and told me what agent i was meeting with. She also followed up and asked what i liked or perhaps didn't like about them. I feel in love with one of them, got an application and then was in meeting with Joy the broker to go over paperwork and leave a deposit. Joy was very nice and told me that I would hear back in a day or two if I got the place, and the next day Joy called me with the great news I got the apartment and asked what day and time I can come in to sign the lease. She went over everything with me so there were no surprises, and the signing went great. I am so happy that there is still places like PBT Realty that really know how to show great customer service and go above and beyond.”

The staff (Dora, Carolina, and Melinda) are all very helpful, prompt with any questions and emails, in addition to lovely ladies! Maintenance is great and prompt, and parking pass is great ( I don't have trouble finding a spot). I have a dog and the onsite dog wash/ park has been so handy and wonderful to use so readily. The weight room is equipped with top of the line machines, squat rack, medicine balls, and free weights. I love having 24hour access! The package room is easy/safe, I get notifications through my email whenever one is dropped off and the valet trash is clutch. I would highly recommend this place!”

“How wonderful escaping from hectic!! It was worth going from Japan. I joined five days retreat program in September, which was my first-time retreat and an unforgettable stay. In short, the hosts - Lana and Mark, program and session, the room, the meals... -- everything was fantastic! I especially loved relaxing in the quiet morning, chilling out on the poolside and doing yoga/meditation in the sunshine. I found 'my neutral' through the sessions at last. I hope to visit here again.”

“Our family needed to rent an apartment for a few months as we were completing the construction of our new home. With the help of our realtor, we found Avanti Hills at the Galleria and were so glad we did. The property is extremely well maintained, attractive, clean and quiet. It has a beautiful pool area, excellent exercise room, and the convenience of an attached covered parking garage. You are also in easy walking distance to the Galleria, and can enjoy the 2.0 mile trail around the property if you just want to get outside. Avanti Hills is very friendly to tenants and pets. Tenants were nice and seem to appreciate the quality of the place. Our apartment was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. Modern appliances. Everything worked . If we had a maintenance issue (and they were small), management responded very quickly and professionally. Bottom line: this is a very, very nice apartment complex...whether you are looking for a short-term stay or as a long-term residence. We met several long-term residents during our six-month stay, and they spoke highly of Avanti Hills. That says it all to us.”

“Good day I am a tenant at 2745 West Okeechobee Rd had an issue with the AC within hours the maintenance gentleman shows up very professional the AC person (leon) assured the issue was fixed and if for any reason the AC has more issues to please contact him, unfortunately the AC still kept freezing and did another maintenance requested he returns in the morning and concluded the AC needed replacement. The same day the property manager (Yoisy) contacted me that the AC would be replaced and by Monday the new unit will be replaced lucky the weekend was pleasant . Monday comes and (Alexis) the AC gentleman shows up to replace the AC, very knowledgeable and professional work was done very professional and awesome customer service very satisfied with the company Kapital management is using. And our property manager is great as well. Thank you”
