“There were so many things I loved about this place and many things I disliked as well. Super clean apartments, no bugs, generally quiet neighborhood, good place for a family (lots of kids around) the grounds are well kept and maintenance is nice and quick to respond. They also have recycling which is nice. I have a baby, and there is a nice, quiet neighborhood loop to walk around with her. I also enjoyed Indian school road park just a couple minutes away. On the downside: The new apartments are made very poorly, the angles are crooked, the paint washed off with water and the floor boards come up easily. The management has gone through three managers in the 6 months I was there, which was kinda weird. I love that the units have washers and dryers, as well as a dishwasher and micro wave, however all those appliances are definitely the cheapest and WORST I have ever used. Super weak, I’d wash my clothes and dishes and they’d come out still dirty. Parking was fine after they sorted out the spot issue, but with the previous managers they kept giving multiple people the same spot and it was really frustrating. People tend to not pick up dog poop, and the neighboring apartment complex has a few people that seem to have drug addictions or mental illness and tend to scream throughout the day and night. That issue has calmed down a bit, though. Overall this was a nice place to stay but definitely wasn’t a home I wanted to stay at long term.”

I live out of state and Dan reassured me that he would be able to help schedule people to clean out personal items, do house & carpet cleaning and any necessary repairs since I was so far away. Rick his assistant kept us in the loop during the entire transaction and Dan's other team members were very helpful as well. We were going into the fall but managed to have the townhouse under contract in just 3 weeks. All work came together beautifully and we were able to close a week early to the delight of our buyers! I would definitely recommend them if you are dealing with an Estate property!”
