“Loved the experience staying right off the north end of the strip in Vegas. It's a big old parking lot full of RVs, that's it! Spaces are large enough and most are pull through. We had an issue with water interruption during our stay and were offered a discount which was appreciated. There's a nice general store on site and you will hear the sounds of thrill seekers on the nearby Stratosphere ride.”

“We LOVED our time at The Copa Copa! We stayed for 2 weeks in early January. Most days, the weather was perfect and the sunsets were awesome! There is a lot to see and do in the area, and wonderful restaurants in Rockport.The campsite is beautifully landscaped and has a long concrete parking pad. But the greatest thing about this campsite is the owners, Karen and Dennis. They go out of their way to accommodate the needs of the guests. We are already planning our return visit!”

“We purchased our retirement home and it was completed in April 2020. The place is beautiful. The park is very clean, friendly, quiet, with many amenities. I do not live there yet, but my visits so far has been great. Debbie Brown was our realtor and she was so supportive to us throughout the whole process. After the house was placed, she met all the utilities companies for us as we live in Massachusetts and was unable to be there. Debbie Brown has gone as far as waiting for our furniture delivery, watering our lawn, and being there for us under all circumstances. we are still in the process of fixing up the house and will be retiring there real soon. “As full-time RVers we have stayed in a lot of parks. Newcastle is one of the nicest parks where we've stayed. It's a hidden gem, very close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping with easy access to I-255. The lots are well spaced with ample off road parking. The utilities are placed as expected with internet, cable TV and telephone available thru Spectrum. The residents are friendly and respectful. The management team is very responsive to any problems and include on site park maintenance. Newcastle is a welcoming community with many long term residents.”

“We stayed at Mountaindale for several days in August and really appreciated the beauty and quiet of the location. Having had the opportunity to travel extensively in the area, we note that other RV parks in and around Colorado Springs are tightly packed, close to noisy roads, and can be difficult to access in a big-rig. That's far from the case with Mountaindale. This location is close to everything, but sits almost 2 miles off of the main highway at the base of a beautiful ridge in perfect quiet and natural beauty. There's plenty of room to maneuver, the sites are spacious and well maintained, and the park employees are welcoming and helpful. The park itself is very well maintained and the team that runs the place is committed to making sure that everyone has a great experience by enforcing community rules in a friendly and respectful way. We highly recommend Mountaindale Cabins & RV Resort and we'll certainly return.”

“Been here two years, had no problem with the management people watch out for each other, you show respect you get respect, have alot of older people here and that's good, people keep their homes and yards clean, there are a few here that don't but that's their choice to live that way, the only thing I don't agree with is the sewer being high, but that goes along with the pleasure of owning your own home,only met the owner a few times, no problem, the overseer of the park, Jerry and Ann, love them they are sweet and understanding, nice place to live”

The new manager Quickly cleaned house and the place has really blossomed under Shayla's care. She always treated me kindly and made me feel like I was a valuable member of a great community. “Been here for 7 months (Glen Fowler) owner who passed away was a stand up man who took a person at there word. Great WiFi laundry is good and kept working, showers and restrooms are decent but could use finishing on the inside. Charles, on site manager is fantastic and Marie Fowler ( took over for her late husband) is really amazing. Pet friendly, good neighbors, clean and has incredible video surveillance for our protection! Trains are a major issue when you first arrive, after the first week I rarely notice them.”
